1. Cozy enough for my needs. 2. Bed: Clean and comfortable 3.Restaurant was good, although the menu was limited, and it was a tad pricy. 4. Staff: Most friendly and helpful group it has been my pleasure to deal with.

I was not thrilled with the overall decor. I know the look they were going for, but other than the bathroom, it seemed almost unfinished. Also, there was only one chair, which was a desk chair, and the pneumatics on it would not let me raise the seat. (I could pump it up, but as soon as I sat in it, the air would leak out.)

I loved how quiet the rooms were! The bed was so comfortable!!! The gentleman who checked us in was very sweet!

Our room unfortunately had a leak while we were there. The pipe above the shower was leaking so bad, it seeped into the bedroom somehow and got the corner of the rug soaked!!! When made aware to the front desk, the woman seemed a bit miffed about it. Other than being told we wouldn't be charged for any damages, we didn't have anyone come in to fix the issue, we were never offered another room, anything like that, which seemed very odd to me. The next day, the shower pressure was dreadful! I'm guessing it was related to the leak, but I can't say for certain. It didn't ruin our stay or anything, but it would have been nice to have that issue be resolved, or maybe be accommodate for it a little more.

Didn't think I would like the industrial look, but I did. The room was spacious, and the river view was excellent. The staff were attentive and quick to respond.

I couldn't connect my laptop to the TV. the remote for the TV isn't the original and I couldn't access the source function on the TV. And there was no way to get any of the streaming services as far as I could tell. Faster internet would be a bonus.

The staff, the setting and foyer were great! the hotel & location are ideal for a 1-2 night stopover.

Although the industrial setting theme is the idea ... it felt a little too bare and unfinished in the rooms in terms of the furnishings. The location was also more remote than expected especially as there were roadworks on the main road outside making it difficult to get to places on foot and by car. Not a great kitchen and not many options outside.

I love the style and design of the room. From the sleek walls & floor to the way the bathroom is designed. The bed and pillows are dangerous though! Haha, it's overly comfortable!

My toilet was clogged due to I don't know who. The front desk manager was very kind enough to take care of the issue, as maintenance left for the day. Although she tried, the toilet still remained clogged and took a while to go down.

I booked the property for my bday! Super excited got the most expensive room available, with a bathtub. Got there at 10:30pm… After a long day… Surprise… No bathtub… On the premises… Thank you Booking, for ruining my plans and taking my money!

The property was perfect. I just wanted to have what I paid for!

The business was very understaffed due to COVID, but the staff present really wanted to help their guests in every way possible despite their limited resources. I really liked the fact that the hotel was a repurposed building, the new york loft concept worked very well. The hotel has a fantastic patio by the river.

The location and the style of the hotel was very unique. The waterfront views, hotel room, and gym facilities were all great. The restaurant was wonderful as well. The chef was personable and speaking with customers and checking up on everything. The man who ran the buffet was incredible. He was greeting every customer and checking in on every table, while bringing coffee and toast to everyone. He was cleaning everything nonstop and was smiling nonstop. I wish I remembered his name, but his presence made a big impact on the restaurant.

The bed was definitely my favorite part of this room. It was so soft! Probably the best sleep of my life.

I wish the bathroom had felt a little more private - the opening between the shower and main room made it a little odd since you can hear everything the other person is doing in there!

Our room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. I really loved the aesthetic of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of the nicest places I have stayed at in a long time. Truly loved everything and plan on coming back again soon! *Also love that it's pet friendly
