The staff at this location is terrific. They go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is the best it can possibly be. Leslie is one of the most talented kind person in the business. From the second we walked in everyone was so kind and professional.

Pool and surrounding area could be updated.

Needs a deep cleaning! All in our group noticed large layers of dust on many flat surfaces, and all the air vents! The tops of the upholstered banquettes in the dining room had a layer of dust, they really need to be vacuumed!

The front entrance was quite lovely with plenty of comfortable seating in front of the two fireplaces. The saltwater pool was tucked away from public viewing in very cozy setting.

The room had a musty smell despite having a dehumidifier in it. I also questioned its cleanliness since the make-up mirror had smudges on it, the bottom of tub appeared discolored, and books on the fireplace mantel were stuck to it. There were also numerous cracks in the ceiling and a tile needed to be replaced in the bathroom.

The hotel is a majestic gem in a beautiful old town. As soon as you walk in, you will want to take a seat by one of the wood burning fireplaces and sip a cocktail or coffee. The staff is exceptional and service is superb The food and small bites are delicious and available both in the dinning room and lounge We stayed in a suite which was quite large and beautifully decorated, comfy bed and bathrobes and good quality bath products. And two gas fireplaces! Hotel is walking distance to many attractions and the lovely shops and restaurants in downtown Aiken

Coffee and pastries are available in the lobby but the rooms do not have coffee pots. Just a slight inconvenience... but they do offer room service!

Lovely large room with good furnishing and a large bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful, enjoyed he use of the pool.

No tea or coffee-making facilities in the bedroom.

We love this property for its ambiance and location. The staff are great too.

The first time we stayed we had a much larger room and I was disappointed with the smaller room because I expected the same.

the restaurant is delicious and the live music and atmosphere in the lobby at night is fun.

the bathrooms need updating. showers are difficult to use. the bathrooms don’t fit with the quality of the hotel.

The place is a beautiful with large rooms and an old inn vibe. Beds were comfortable. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. The pool area is inviting. Dogs are welcome anywhere at the inn and staff are very accommodating to our canine family.

If you are expecting hiking trails and horses (as I was based upon the images online), you will be sadly disappointed. This inn is in the middle of a town. When I asked where the hiking trails were, there were vague responses and uncertainty by the staff. Not sure why they display this so prominently in their online advertisements.

The hotel is beautiful. It was exceptionally clean and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The only thing we did not like was getting our luggage into the hotel. Since there is no ramp and only steps, we had to carry our belongings into the lobby area to put them on a cart. However, a young lady at the check-in desk graciously assisted us with this task.

Breakfast and brunch was amazing. My room was big and comfortable. Netflix, HBO max available. Nice bar Excellent staff.

I feel like valet staff should be more responsive- meet you at your vehicle and open doors and help with luggage.
