I thought this place was an exceptional stay. considering some of the reviews i had read, when i arrived to the facility and checked in the room was wonderful. the room was clean and smelled clean. the room was not outdated, i stayed for 3 days and not one bug in sight. everything worked properly. i loved that the place had a full kitchen, the cabinets had plates, bowls, pots, cups, toaster, strainer and there were silverware. there is also a dishwasher that ran well. at this facility there is free breakfast. not a lot to choose from, but the choices you have are worth it, in my experience at hotels this place has the best free breakfast i’ve had. if you stay i suggest the blueberry muffins! they were my favorite. over the coarse of my stay i had the pleasure of trying the blueberry muffins, chocolate muffins, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, strawberry and banana yougurt, bagels, toast and you can make your own waffles! toiletries that are provided for you for free are conditioning shampoo and soap. so if you wish to have more you should bring your own. they do have other supplies you can buy as well. staff was great, and there if i needed anything. i really enjoyed my stay here and if you stay i hope you do too!

The staff on duty were very knowledgeable and friendly. The location was very helpful for this visit. I have stayed here some years ago, and location was important then, as now. The room was quite adequate and clean.

I did not plan to cook or eat in the room. There was a skillet in the cupboard that could only ever be cleaned with a sturdy Brillo pad. Someone must have cooked and just put it back !! I didn't have a Brillo pad, or I might have tried. Breakfast -- might be improved, but when you are in a hurry, even a glass of orange juice is a good starter.

Location is great for concerts at The Shed. The size of the rooms is excellent and full size fridge with ICE maker is amazing! The staff and community areas were clean and friendly. Beds sooo comfy!

The room stayed damp. The carpet was gross, as my husband had on white socks and they were filthy with what looked like red clay dirt had to throw them away just after wearing in room for a few hours.

Breakfast was gone when I got to the lobby but they still had hot coffee.

Overall the place was neat and clean. With that being said I left an item in the room. When I realized I had left it I called them. They said that nothing had been turned in by housekeeping. That tells me the integrity of their employees is not great. If they will keep something as simple as my blanket what else will they keep.

Everyone was very helpful. There were a few restaurants within walking distance

Their breakfast had no cereal or milk for children the pull was A mess I cleaned out all the leaves from the filter The pole had tiny bugs in it Which I could not get out all of them

The facility is in a very good location! The staff was amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The room had a small kitchen area, queen bed and sofa bed.

The carpet throughout the facility looked dirty... stains were everywhere which made the overall appearance lacked... These should be addressed immediately... We walked down to the Holiday Inn Express and just based on this, I will booked my stay at the Holiday Inn... I live locally and stay at a number of hotels/motels. This was memorial day weekend, the temperature was 88 and the pool was not open and was not cleaned from the year prior... the water was green!!!!

I was charged twice, once from the Property, the Book in charged me the next day. Either the Property or Book In made mistakes and I’m not happy cause it said pay at the Property! This has never happened to me and I want to know how did this Happen!!

Looked as if it was getting a facelift...coming along nicely.

The price.....I thought it was excessive, due to hurricane Helene. There were displaced people there, because their home was ruined, or currently had no power.

It was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room reminded me of a small apartment. Would so advise on getting a room here if you are going to be in the area for an extended period of time.. The breakfast was excellent.

I liked the room provided and the amenities to utilize.

First room was swapped because the AC unit wasn't working. The other room provided had a leak in the kitchenette faucet handle.
