We honestly loved how close it was too downtown we have been to Gatlinburg every year but this year we decided to save money not get a cabin we settled in downtown instead and we are both so glad we did we seen two bears up close it was amazing we went Monday through Friday it wasn't crowded it was so peaceful we ate lots of food it was a nice little get away for us

Please - some fruit with breakfast!

We came to Gatlinburg for a soccer tournament last minute. I reserved the hotel Friday afternoon and we arrived at 2:00 am Saturday to check in and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The location was convenient close to major attractions and the Rocky top sports world soccer fields. The room was very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Even though there wasn’t many choices for breakfast, the food was always fresh and delicious. The lobby and elevators were always clean and smelling good. There is a guest laundry room that was very convenient since I had to wash soccer uniforms. The indoor pool was big enough not to feel crowed and the water was warm. We have another soccer tournament in November and will definitely be staying here again.

There was not enough waffle makers at the breakfast area. The hotel should definitely invest in another 2-3 waffle makers. On out last day there was a long line of people waiting to use the waffle maker and we were not able to get any waffles.

Close to downtown. Within walking distance

Very clean and modern look. Had nice views of SkyLift and SkyBridge from both the bedroom and the breakfast lounge. I enjoyed the Belgian waffle bar, although there is the option to walk a minute across to the Log Cabin Pancake House for a grander breakfast.

Just nitpicking here... - There could have been other types of fruit besides bananas at the breakfast table. - The yogurt in the fridge is Yoplait which contains bioengineered ingredients, which I personally avoid. - The butter in the packet was a little hard to spread. - There was no microwave in the breakfast lounge although there was one in my room.

The facility was very nice and up to date. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and roomy. My only complaint with the facility is the lack of roomy parking. The spaces were too tightly spaced. I do have a complaint with Booking.com however. A frequent problem I find with searching for places to stay is the complete disregard of my filters when searching for wheelchair accessible rooms. We showed up to our booking to find that the room was not wheelchair accessible as requested through booking.com. And, there were no more rooms available. Thankfully the room was spacious enough for my wheelchair. But, the bathroom was not. And, the were beds were too high. Booking.com should do better with this issue! But, I would highly recommend the hotel itself.

Parking spaces are too small and tight.

Location was an easy walk to the strip, had a nice view of the mountains from our window. Pool was great too. Our rooms were super clean and had no smell, bugs or stains. Most of the staff and other guests were super friendly and breakfast was decent. We got to see a bear several times from our window. Ice and vending were offered, as well as laundry and a gym although we didn’t end up utilizing that. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone coming down to Gatlinburgh :)

The only complaint I had is that I am a woman, and I was on my period and accidentally leaked a bit onto the sheets. One of the staff members was not very understanding of this and cursed aloud when he saw within earshot of us. Things happen, I’m sorry I guess??

The cleanliness of the room was of utmost importance and was as expected, very clean and no bugs. The room having a separate sitting area in the room was a "selling point" over booking with other hotels. The complimentary, hot breakfast was good; it did not change from day-to-day, but you do not have to eat there if you don't want it. (Don't fuss about free breakfast.) All the staff we encountered was courteous. The hotel is a short walk to the main Gatlinburg strip and is located one block from the Convention Center. We saw a bear outside the hotel one day. Parking is tight for vehicles bigger than a compact car.

The parking lot could have been a little bigger to allow a little more room to back out and turn but would not deter us from staying here again.

The bedding and towels were perfect. So soft and comfortable I slept so good, the room was so cold, I turned our thermostat to 68 for a nice good sleep. Check in was simple and easy. We did not stay for breakfast so I’m not sure how it was, we left early every morning for the local breakfast locations, The hotel is located extremely close to the main strip of Gatlinburg, my husband and I walked together for dinner and had a great time, The hotel is so clean! I was very impressed. Hot water never ran out and for this being a Comfort Suites it felt like a Hilton, I just can’t get over how comfortable our bed was. We had a couch in our room and an area for coffee and mini fridge. Hotel staff was very nice, And they changed our sheets daily, this hotel went above and beyond for a fantastic stay. We could see bears at night from our window, yes bears. By the back alley, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was beautifully appointed ,very clean ,very much liked the room with sofa and divider between that area and beds. Liked the long bench seat which accommodated both our suitcases. Front desk staff were exceptionally kind, friendly ,and helpful.enjoyed being close to the convention center and downtown Gaitlinburg.

realizing you do not have a kitchen you cannot serve a hot breakfast my friend tried the biscuit sausage and egg and also found that to be terrible. We bought our own coffee pods and made coffee in our room. We also bought a couple breakfast pastries at other places to bring to hotel for breakfast I tried the egg and a muffin and did not like them at all. I only ate the yogurt
