Desk clerks really nice. Breakfast was good. Coffee and water out all day to get. I'm a coffee drinker so that was great. Nicely decorated. Clean and tidy.

We had the handicap room. It was clean except the seat for the shower needs a new one or take it off to clean up better. The bed by the window needs a newer mattress kinda sinks in the middle. My mom is 93 so she liked the heat higher and that worked great. Good experience overall .I would recommand it to others.

Parking was tight.. and coming in after a football game for a place to stay and rest, but people parking sideways and not making it easy to park and no extra spaces or business close to park at.. that is my only complaint. Everything else was good

The breakfast was wonderful! I loved the indoor pool! I took my grandson for a special treat and it did not disappoint!! He loves the pool! Heated and so nice and clean! June at checkin was great too!

When I called for a reservation, I had been informed that there was a special rate for the Highlander Homecoming. The person I spoke to hadn't heard of it. When I called back later, they still said they didn't know about it. This cost me quite a bit extra.

The breakfast was awesome.We had in premaid omelet bacon bacon.You could make waffles red velvet or regular. They also had biscuits and gravy.

Great location very easy to get to from the interstate. Nice large comfortable, clean room. Perfect for our family. Wonderful breakfast in the morning with lots of selections.

We would have liked to use the hot tub after driving all day, it was unfortunately out of service and looked as though it had been for quite some time.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Front desk ladies were excellent. Room was good - Would stay there again.

Bathroom door was in bad shape- looked like water damage. Toilet ran and ran. Window needed cleaning on outside- could not really see out…

The room had plenty of space. It had nice furniture and decor. The room had a good sized closet for extra storage. The lady the was working the front desk was very nice and helpful.

There was a bit of a musty smell when we first went into the room but it went away quickly when we turned on the air conditioning.
