The room size was great. Bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Asked 3 times for soap container in the shower to be filled and wasn't. Wall in bathroom above tub was peeling . Breakfast was only cereal or donuts. Entrance door was.not an automatic door. Needs updated.

We liked the size and cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfortable with obviously clean linens. We were on the top floor and had a great view of the Pigeon Forge Parkway. We decided if we stay in the area again we would stay here, and request the same room. Towels were clean and stocked properly.

They forgot to refill the liquid soap dispensers in the shower and by the sink. The in room fridge was a little on the small side. Someone had unplugged the bedside lamp so we had to plug it back in. After that it worked fine.

Breakfast was decent, staff were polite. Fresh towels provided daily which was nice.

There wasn't really any house-keeping.. the only things replaced were towels. Bins not emptied, there was shampoo but no conditioner. The deposit was not advised until arrival which I thought was a little ordinary.. and wasn't released immediately on departure told after the fact we would wait 3-5 business days to be back on card. I also asked when we made the booking like a week prior to ensure there were extra blankets and sheets as we would need to bring an extra blow up bed for our son as it was not appropriate for him to sleep in same bed as sister and we never received a reply. I will say staff did oblige once we asked. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

Near Gatlinburg but not as expensive.

Said had views of the mountain. But that was only from a deck on the property outside of the hotel. Breakfast was extremely limited. Coffee was gone when we got there. When we went out to our car parked behind the hotel in the morning there were people hanging out in cars. They were still there when we got back in the afternoon. Security issue?

The location was good, room was quite, had a comfortable bed, towels were soft and lots of them

Little wear & tear could have been kept up knowing it's on a main drag competing with the other hotels for business. Could have been a little bit better breakfast. I worked at a hotel so to me the front desk person should have been a little more friendly. She seemed like she had an attitude since we first checked in. Clean under beds more , they would have seen the extra remote my 7 year old found under the bed.

I saw bad reviews but I actually liked it! Not a bad hotel!! Cleanly room with no bedbugs. Simple. Comfortable bed. Simple breakfast, nothing great but it filled our tummies…. Debby dressert and Swiss rolls, bagels, freezer breakfast saucage biscuit to microwave, OJ, and some cerial n milk. Great for the price!

I wish they had a waffle maker and scrambled eggs at breakfast. They could paint the walls in the hallways going to the rooms.

They put me on the 1st floor honoring my request for a room with no steps even though there is an elevator. The room was big and roomy, very comfortable and clean. Even though booking. com says the continental breakfast is an extra charge of .10 per person per night it is actually free and included in the price of the rooms.

They have 2 toilet paper holders in the bathroom and that is all they put in the room for a 7 night reservation. If they used the bigger rolls that are made now that last longer that probably would have been plenty but the rolls were the smallest I have seen in a hotel and only 1 ply. Basically because I stayed in my room most of the time I went through one roll a day. And I waited until I was completely out before asking for more on my third day I only received one roll. Basically what I want to say is people don't wait until you run out to ask for your toilet paper. This is really the only thing I did not like about my stay.

I like that the hotel was on the hill and that it was close to places to eat and shop.

The breakfast was not good and the location was a little hard to get to. There are two other lots I could have turned into so I missed the one that led to the hotel. I had to go and make a U-turn but it was not upsetting.

Very clean Staff is very friendly and prompt to resolve any issues The location is excellent, its right on the strip New plank flooring, nice size rooms and big long desk for eating or reading Rooms included, TV/fridge/microwave/phone/iron and small hairdryer/pump-loaded soaps Overall, Good place if you're on a budget

Bathrooms need an update, but plumbing was working well. Double Beds are full size Change Toilet paper brand it makes a mess No facial tissues Lighting is very dim in area with mirrors

The location, checkin and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean, hotel was peaceful.

Does need some upgrades and improvements. More lighting needs to be at the top of that list, I did my make up in the truck due to not enough lighting in the room or sick area. Still a pleasant stay.
