The breakfast was very minimum....sausage patties were undercooked. The front desk personnel were excellent. I was attending UT Southwestern Medical Facilities....for medical procedures and they provided some necessary info I did not have available.

I did not care for the room assignment......extreme noise factor on the east side of building facing I-35E. I was wondering why they had earplugs and a sound machine in the room. I am a light sleeper and did not get any sleep prior to my early appointment at UT SW. The little lady at the desk was gracious and provided for a room change on our second night which was wonderful.

The location is close to Downtown of Dallas (10-15 mins). Enough parking for everyone. Crispy clean bedding and comfortable pillows. Decent breakfast. Rooms are tidy, well maintained, comfortable. I was happy about the opportunity to have a sound machine / ear plugs by the bed. Great blackout curtains. It's the best hotel is average price category I have ever stayed at.

The only thing to mention is how third party apps work (Booking) if there is two rooms booked for two people under ONE reservation. In my case, I thought that if I book two rooms through my Booking account, then my reservation will display both of the rooms at check-in UNDER MY NAME. In reality, if a Booking customer during booking process leaves any note about for whom the other room reservation is made for, Booking will automatically separate the main reservation into two! So, as we were ready to check -in, we realized that my reservation included just one room instead of two:) We figure out the problem a bit later, so everything turned out good.

Ideally located closed to downtown Dallas for visiting JFK site - stayed here 2 nights and couldn't fault anything! The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The staff were both friendly & helpful and the the breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold food. We would definitely stay here again if staying in the Dallas area!

If we would have to be picky, it's located next to the freeway so rooms could be noisy, ours wasn't and they hotel provided ear plugs too if needed anyway!

Our check-in process went smoothly. The young woman, I believe her name was Selena, was the sweetest.I asked her if she knew of a good restaurant near the hotel since my kids said they were hungry. She quickly found one for us online. She also had prepared a small bag of essentials that we might need, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, etc. We actually did need those things because right before bed, we realized those toiletries were in our car. It was too cold to be running out after showering for missing toothbrushes and toothpaste. Thank you! Our room was nice and clean. We were on a family road trip with 2 adults and 2 kids. The double beds were just what we needed. Grateful for the coffee maker and the small refrigerator (for the kids' snacks). The hotel lobby also had coffee and tea available with my favorite creamer, French vanilla. My morning coffee was delicious. We all slept in, so I can't say anything about the breakfast other than the photos of it look good. The location had easy access on and off the freeway. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. I have no complaints. I would choose this hotel again for another stay.

The room was clean. The staff friendly

The pool was growing mold. The electrical outlets in the room did not work Which is a problem when you use a CPAP. They just got an ice machine on certain floors. It is really frustrating I didn't complain to the staff because they would move me to a different room and I have stayed in multiple rooms and the electrical outlets don't work. Annoying, I stayed in other hotels a few times. I guess that is what to do if you want to use electrical outlets.

I loved the clean room, the bathroom, and the little touches to everything. The breakfast was amazing too! I was able to find something for my two picky babies. There was something for all of us! We booked this trip for our wedding anniversary/ family trip, and we have ALWAYS had trouble finding a good hotel that didn't break the bank, and we FINALLY found one. We will be back for our next trip!

Loud people above, but that wasn't the hotels fault.

Location- it is close to everything. Staff were great. Comfortable and economical. Free parking.

It’s close to expressway so if you stay on that side it can be noisy. Elevator has a loud chime which can make it hard to sleep if your room is close to it.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Kourtney was always checking on us and answering any questions I had with a prompt response via text. I ❤️ it!!!!! The hotel was clean with a very nice breakfast area. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Dallas.

There was no TV guide in the room and the toliet tissue holder was broken from the wall. All just minor fixes.

Great stay. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and well kept hotel. Rooms were clean and a well kept. Restaurant and bar on-site had breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Gym was nice and clean. Hotel located near restaurants and convenient stores. Free parking. 5-10 min drive from airport depending on traffic. Staff was very nice, helpful, and courteous!!~

I was surprised how comfortable the bed was and the size of the room. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The breakfast bar had a nice selection to choose from including a waffle bar. The food was fresh and hot which was refreshing.

You might consider changing the coffee for it was on the weak side and did not have much flavor.
