If I where Oprah everyone would have this hotel under their seats right now! My new faaaavorite thing right now!!! I loved the charm and whimsy of the decor and the restaurant was so gooooddd.... everyone was very helpful...only thing was understanding where the front entrance was....but other than that... perfect stay in a perfect place even though the typical El Paso wind was a howln... didn't ruin my trip cuz this hotel saved the day!

Signage to understand the entrance and PO parking garage situation and the need to go to the 5 the floor for the front desk

Ill start with the front desk agent. His name is William. He was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome during the check in process. He was new but very knowledgeable. Give that man a raise! We also checked out the bar and encountered the bartender Diandra. She had the best energy and was super friendly. Those 2 employees alone made the best impression of this hotel. The lounge area was very nice and the view at the pool area was stunning. The rooms were so cute and had a lot of character. The view from the room was also pretty sweet.

Some of the valet guys made us feel like we were a burden to them. Our room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. We asked for a 12pm check out so we can grab some brunch at Mamacitas and not have to take all our luggage & was told they don't have late check outs. We asked the valet if we can load our bags onto the car so we can grab some food and again, they made it seem like such an inconvenience but they did end up letting us do it. When we checked in, we were advised that we are more than welcome to call the front desk or concierge to let the valet guys know that we are headed down so our vehicle will be ready by the time we get down there but the concierge guy told me Id have to walk out there myself.

The hotel is lovely if over-priced. The rooms were very nice, and the pool area is a must visit.

The staff was a bit rude at first and didn't seen to be very friendly. Although this did improve upon conversing with them longer. The security guards for the pool area don't show up until later in the evening, with that said, it seems like anybody can show up off the streets and access the pool area with the rest of the guests. During my stay, two random men, who seemed to be under the influence of drugs managed to find their way to the pool area and entered the pool with their street clothes. All while smoking cigarettes, it is a non-smoking area, and trying to chat up the rest of the guests. The two men stayed all day and night at the pool area.

The receptionist were very friendly and happy to chat and give recommendations. The bar was great and staff were lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and upstairs bar area was inviting.

Check in isnt on ground floor so take elevators to level 7 I think it was. Only parking option was valet. No self parking. Valet staff were not particularly friendly and drove some cars down the ramp unnecessary fast.

Food at Mamasitas was great. Pool had plenty of towels. Always clean and tidy.

At Mamasitas, slow and poor servers. They would forget syrup for pancakes, salt and pepper and utensils. Didn't refil waters. We felt as if we didn't get properly served because we weren't Spanish speakers. Didn't feel right.

It was my husband’s 21st birthday and I asked for a city view if possible and they made sure I had a city view on the 12th (main top) floor. The room was so clean and cozy, the roof top pool was beautiful, the staff were so amazing. And there was no worry about needing to find a parking spot and walk, or pay for parking… you just pull up and they take the car to park for you. The best thing, and most important for most everyone looking for a hotel is the bed and the breakfast. The bed was my most favorite… most comfortable thing I’ve laid on. And the breakfast was phenomenal, they have a restaurant on ground floor that you get an $18 card per person to go eat.

The only thing I have to say I wasn’t a fan of at this hotel was in the rooms there is no microwave or refrigerator. You do have a coffee area but nowhere to store cold drinks.

Facilities, decor, location, bar, terrace, parking, drinks...wonderfull. Loved my room, decor so representative of the El Paso -Juarez region. The Terrace area.. wonderful, the pool looked awesome. The hotel has alot of decor details I really loved. We went bar hopping downtown..everything was walkable distance. Breakfast at Mamacitas restaurant in ground floor. Very good.

I was next door to a group of male friends.. they parties and the noise came thru my rooms.. made it hard to sleep. To noisy

Everything was cute and very modern. Vibes were good. Pools was very nice. All of the staff were great.

Valet parking only or trying your luck at street parking. Poolside was very loud each night until the early morning. Fine if your in a party mood, bad if you just want to relax.

I like the hotel itself, the adjoining restaurant, and the pool area. The location is great-walkable to all downtown venues. The elevators close too quickly-hurt my leg and my husband’s arm. We were on the pool side for the first time in 3 years. TOO loud!!!

The food was great. The overall atmosphere was really nice. The customer service was definitely top-tier.

There was nothing I didn’t like other than the shower water was lukewarm and it never got hot but honestly, it wasn’t that big of a deal.
