Aesthetic inside and out. Large shower. Across the street from beach, gated community. Two pools with scenic landscaping.

Lower unit and close to driveway for rest of community. Kitchen utensils need updating and no sheet trays for oven.

The condo was very clean. I liked that it was gated office personnel was very nice and helpful location was perfect

Thursday night was great.but whoever checked in above my condo.was up all night running through the condo. And whoever checked in beside my condo was screaming as late as 1am I saw the group arive to the condo next to me there were about 6 kids but it was just one of those girls that kept screaming

Nice size condo with a well equipped kitchen. Nice chairs on deck outside. The view is if the parking lot. It was very quiet but that may be the time of the year. The bed was super comfortable. Even my husband slept much longer than usual. Nice water pressure in shower. Easy walk to.the seawall. The owner was very responsive

Hot tub wasn't hot. In fact it was quite cold. I specifically asked office at check in about the hours for the hot tub. One would assume they should have told me that the hit tub was broken

We arrived at the Dawn via taxi. We had come off a cruise ship so wanted somewhere to stash our luggage until we could get into the condo. the staff in the clubhouse were most helpful in this.

The condo was not super clean. The hide a bed needed some tweeking by my husband before our grandson could sleep on it. It appeared to have been jumped on as some of the bars were bent.

We enjoyed the easy access to sea wall. The gated facility added a sense of security while in an unfamiliar place

The hot tub was not heated for a couple of the nights we were there

My family absolutely loved being across the street from the beach. Traveling with a 1 year old, it was very important to us to have the space that this condo allowed us for the week as well as the access to beaches, attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. It was also very convenient to get across town to the other attractions and more local restaurants and shops. The host went above and beyond for us allowing us to check in almost 5 hours early, providing numerous amenities that other places do not offer, and being extremely timely in every response.

I loved the setup of the room! Usually when we book a room like this, we struggle as a family of 4 to get changed and keep our privacy lol. There are 2 doors to the bathroom. One leading from a small laundry area, and one from the bedroom. So we all had our own small spaces to get changed. Would definitely stay here again! Also, our hosts were very quick to respond and happy to answer our questions.

The pull out couch and small fold out bed were a bit uncomfortable for my kiddos. My smaller kiddo chose to sleep in the chair instead of the fold out bed. And my older son would flop around for a while on the squeaky couch pull out. They did sleep well once they got situated though. Also, GPS would take us to the office of the condos. Instead, follow the directions from the host and look for "The dawn" sign. Easy to miss!

Condo was very, clean and comfortable. Felt like home. Parking lot was secure and felt very safe the entire visit. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit Galveston. This place Will definitely be our go to place next time we come back to Galveston.

The Pedestrian/sea gate combo sent via booking.com did not work. Had to wait on someone to walk by to let us back in. Noticed in the guest binder in condo a different gate combo was listed but we never tried it to see if it would work. AC seemed to only hold at the temperature you set for 2 hours Small crack bottom of shower door that leaked water on to floor.
