I loved the room and the space it gave. The bathroom was really nice. Never used the phone to call the front office, this stay was my first and I loved it!! The staff was prompt and polite!! Breakfast was perfect, hostess, and other staff were nice, professional, and neat! Elevators weren’t rattling and uncomfortable, but smooth and spacious!!

Only thing I didn’t like was how thin the windows and doors were when it comes to noise. You could hear the dogs at the dog park down below and the kids in the hall ways as if the doo was wide open. I also hate the bathroom sliding door for privacy, broke 3 nails trying to open and close it . I think silts kind of crazy that you have to pay additional to park your car in the garage when there is no other available option when it comes to parking

Wonderful breakfast with large selection of healthy and filling options. Great Location! Enjoyed using the free shuttle service to make it to my early morning appointment which saved me the hassle of finding parking and having to pay for parking for my appointment. I was glad that the checkout time was 12:00pm, which allowed me time for a 30 minute walk back to the hotel after my appointment with plenty of time to spare.

I was surprised by the parking fee that was charged by the hotel, I did not remember seeing this fee when I booked the room on booking.com. I thought the parking was free.

The location is excellent. It is near the Medical Center, Houston Zoo, Museum District, and Herman Park. The appliances work perfectly, providing you with cutlery, bowls, plates, and pans for cooking. Breakfast is included.

The breakfast did not have eggs like scrambled or omelets, only an egg sandwich, with is suitable for people who like bread, but it wasn't my case. Also, remember you have to ask for cleaning one day in advance, if you don't, they will not do it.

This property is miles from restaurants, shopping or points of interest. We didn't have a car so everytime we wanted to have a meal or do something, we had to spend $30 (round trip) on Uber rides. For that reason alone, it's overpriced.

It was down the road from the zoo and museum. They accidentally mixed up our room with someone else staying there but the front desk was quick to change and upgrade our room within the minute. The room was clean and cozy. Their parking garage was affordable and easily accessible from the hotel. Their breakfast in the morning was very well put and the employees were kind.

This hotel was clean, and the rooms were cozy. We appreciated the breakfast, it was all very delicious, and we appreciated the diversity of the food we could choose from. The location was great, and it was not far from where we were headed, which was a plus.

Breakfast was awesome; it had a alot of variety. Room was big and spacious. Loved the amenities included. Location was awesome!! The places we visited were not too far (zoo, museum, aquarium)

There were no plain pancakes offered for kids with the breakfast. I was not able to get an adjoining room with my daughter and grandkids.

Breakfast was ok, gym is pretty awesome, staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was clean and in good condition, location is excellent for getting to Texas Medical Center easily.

Parking was an extra $15 per day. Housekeeping didn't re-stock the coffee in the room and there wasn't any dish soap available to wash the dishes in the room--despite having a dishwasher.
