The staff was great! Both agents I encountered were friendly and genuine! One let me borrow their tape dispenser to wrap a graduation present and the other gave me cutlery when the restaurant to-go meal did not! The room was spacious and clean, and the coffee Sunday morning was really good!

My only point of concern was that breakfast was not available. We knew it would be a limited selection because the agent at check-in explained as much. But the following morning there was no food available at all. I totally understand the recent storms and the location being a designated FEMA shelter had overwhelmed their supplies. I do not blame the staff, miscommunication happens. It was inconvenient to have to come up with a plan B for our breakfast when we were already on a really tight budget. Had we known the day before, we could have spent less on dinner.

Staff excellent supportive and cooperative. All went wonderful.

Only one issue was I coukdnt use the laundry because I didnt get quarter coin from the reception. It could have been a better experience if quarter coin was always available as people like us travel on medical grounds, don't carry everything .

I love the space of the suite. The room was nice and clean. Great price for my family. Would definitely book again

I really wanted to save a little on food expenses. That's why I looked for a hotel with continental breakfast. It wasn't a lot of choices and no coffee. Coffee pot upon request. I still ended up buying breakfast. So no for me

The room was clean, the night staff and the location was great.

The room was not well stocked, you had to take out your own trash and turn in used towels to front the desk to get fresh towels. The room smelled like a smoking room but was rated non smoking. The breakfast was very basic.

I absolutely loved the room and how spacious it was for such a great cost. My room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk was nice and the workers were very kind. The hotel is in a great location and safe.

Out of the whole building I didn’t like the elevator and that’s it. It was a wee bit dirty and smelled funny.

The room had all of the amenities of a mini apartment.

There was no microwave in the room, and there was no restroom to use until we were checked into our room to use that bathroom. There should be a restroom available for guests to use upon entering a hotel instead of having to wait until they get to their room.

The location was our primary goal, which was great. Near restaurants and the medical facilities for our appointment.

Room location, we asked for a ground floor but ended up getting a second floor room. However, from what we noticed the ground floor was occupied by long term or permanent residents.

The staff was absolutely excellent. We stayed due to the proximity to NRG stadium for a concert, and the staff was obviously overwhelmed by demand, but they had us in our room within 20 minutes of us checking in. Room was nice and spacious and the AC was great.

The breakfast was just a few breakfast bars and some coffee. That could’ve been better. They did have oatmeal, and that looked good.

Rooms was nice, area was quiet didn't have to worry about my car getting stolen. Staff was helpful, it was close to the stores

The pool wasn't open for my kids. It was closed due to handicap lift was broken but the ad didn't say but overall it was ok.

The staff was friendly but not enough to give me a discount. I had an issue with Rm.324 the heater was not working and it was cold. Lucky Terry offered extra blankets but it was still cold in the morning. The following morning we moved to Rm.124 it was much better. I would still appreciate a little discount for the first uncomfortable night.
