Right from the beginning, this was a first class experience. The staff was amazingly kind and patient (we were there the weekend of the Taylor Swift concert.) The room was spacious and comfortable. We absolutely loved the rooftop pool. To top it off, there was a delicious full breakfast every morning.

The location was fantastic. I had tests & a procedure done at Houston Methodist Hospital on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. Great place to stay when in town for medical reasons.

My wife went to pool area Wed. morning. a man with only a towel around his waist came up to here for a cig. He then bathed nude in hot tub. Later he was back but dressed trying to bum cigs. Uncomfortable situation for my wife and then I (on oxygen) had to go with her each time. Assume he may have been homeless. Access to the stairs and the elevators in the garage are not secured requiring a hotel key. Anybody can come in from garage, then switch elevators to any floor. You cannot see the elevators from hotel desk and barely see the entrance from the unloading area.

Breakfast was outstanding. Truly the best hotel complimentary breakfast experience I've had thus far. I really enjoyed the conveyer belt toaster and I'd love to know the brand of sourdough bread so I can get some for home! The fact that there was a pitcher of oat milk made me a happy customer as well, that's not something you usually see. I loved the yogurt and the berry compote with granola. Top notch. The pillows were awesome and the bed was so comfy my husband and I really enjoyed relaxing in it for his birthday weekend away. The towels were very clean. We also really liked the little couch that came with the king suite. The front desk people were always helpful and kind.

The only complaints I have would be the shower had a few mystery hairs in it and the desk/table in the room could have been wiped down a little better by housekeeping. One of the housekeeping ladies cut me off in the hallway almost running me over, never acknowledged I was there and didn't even say excuse me. That was the only negative experience I had with any of the staff.

The hotel seems very new and clean. Everything feels fresh. The room was spacious with wonderful view. I also enjoyed the nice jacuzzi at the pool. The location was not exactly at the centre but they provided free shuttle bus around 2 miles radius and that was a nice touch and convenient for people who don’t have a car (like me). The breakfast was simply perfect with fresh and enough choices and the staff was always very helpful. I would definitely come back if I’m visiting Houston.

My family and I were in town for the Taylor Swift concert, so we loved that this location was within walking distance to the NRG stadium. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to the event but walked back after. It took about 15 minutes.

The elevators and stairs access were confusing. When we arrived the hotel was so behind on cleaning we had to wait for our room. Thankfully, someone by the name of Bret helped us out and we were able to make it to the concert at a reasonable time. If you see this, thanks, Bret! Our room was missing a few things but we made do.

I enjoy the complementary breakfast. It had a variety of options to choose from. I enjoy the shuttle bus. It was very spacious and the drivers were very nice. I liked the laundry room . The room was very nice and clean. If ever back in Houston I will definitely stay at the Hyatt.

The only thing that was missing was hand soap in the kitchen.

Only 6 months old!! Staff were great- Sam, Chris and Kimberly in front desk area. John at the bar/restaurant and Brenda in the breakfast dining room. All were Super accommodating and helpful. The included breakfast was extensive and excellent. They have a free shuttle to take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius. Great location. Room was beautifully appointed.

Smell in hall, 10 floor, trash in trash can by elevator all week, charged for parking, cold breakfast potatoes and sausage and coffee

Location is great, parking garage is well lit, room was beautiful with a great view, and great setup for a family of 5 traveling for a medical appointment.

Unfortunately, I did see a few small ants on the kitchen counter area. They were not consistent throughout the stay of three nights, saw them maybe twice.

Breakfast was one of the best that I ever had from a hotel, everything was fresh from the toast to the fruit. The location was great only 10 minutes from the event that we were attending.

Adding more channels to watch on television would help, some people as myself enjoy staying up late watching good movies, the channels only went up to 39.
