I loved the New York style of the room. It was good size for me and my husband. Comfortable bed. The hotel had a nice fragrance. Very friendly staff.

The sink was a little odd, the water shot out if you weren't careful on how high you turned it on. To brush your teeth and spit out the water you had to be careful not to bump your forehead on the mirror. One other thing the cleaning ladies were a little loud in the morning, we wanted to sleep in as this was a relaxing getaway but that made it a bit hard.

The neighborhood was very convenient and peaceful. Easy to get in and out of to go places; lots of restaurants near by. No traffic, quiet, and clean. Pool area is nice and cozy.

Parking is kind of narrow and cramp. Not used to staying at a hotel with no kitchen. It was a pain in the butt to continuously walk to the lobby to warm up food. Ice machine on floor levels was either out of ice or broken so we had to go to the lobby to get ice

Loved the hotel decor. If you like the industrial loft vibe, this is for you!! The suite was amazing, very comfy bed. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was also great. Overall, it was a great place to stay and will be my go-to when in Dallas for vacation or work.

Two suggestions to improve: The AC unit, cause it's very loud and not the easiest to work. The shower and bathroom could use more shelves or places to put things.

I liked the aesthetics of the hotel. I thought the industrial vibe was cute our bathroom was nice as well. I think the choice of concrete everywhere helped with cleanliness so that's a plus.

I didn't like that I made a reservation 2 days in advance on booking.com, and the hotel never got it.I also didn't like that breakfast was said to be included in the price of my room. Yet when my fiance and I sat down and had breakfast, we received a bill. It's fine if we have to pay, we don't mind. We just would appreciate some honesty.

The nylo has a very unique feeling and look to it. The design is a industrial design The beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff is friendly I book this hotel and I was at an event in Arlington but it was worth the extra 10 minutes to know that was staying in a place that had a great value and great comfort

The shower wasn’t clean when I got there I put a sticker on the shower floor in plain view to see it’d be clean while was out they did everything but clean it wasn’t a big deal as I always use shower shoes and bring cleaning wipes, but still 😬

The concept of NYLO was nice

The restaurant selections//drinks. The faucet on the sink needed a new washer. My sink was scratched up quite a bit inside of the sink and on the right side. There was a large brown stain on the bottom of the left curtain/drape in my room. Seems like someone should have noticed these things before selecting the room for a guest. I did not complain, however the next quest might complain. I work on my laptop a lot and there really was not enough lighting in the room. I moved the small desk lamp closer to my laptop to have better lighting., turned both bed lamps on, turned o the entrance light and the bathroom light....just very dark. Suggestion...find a floor lamp that goes with the décor. (which was nice and minimalistic ) :)

The location was good and rooms were spacious.

Front desk on multiple occasions were socializing and not friendly.

Checking in and out was incredibly easy. We were in town for a concert and got in late, and for a Friday night it was incredibly quiet, even when we woke up the next day we did not hear any noise in our room. The amount of restaurants near the hotel was great as well.

Style of room and property was very contemporary. Buffet was good and selection of food items was good. The location was a little far for me but I did like the surrounding area.
