We travel to Dallas every other month and always stay in the Las Colinas area as it's convenient to DFW, without the higher prices or noise closer to DFW. Coming from Alaska, our flight arrives very late and our departure leaves very early, so being close to DFW, 15 minutes max, is important to us. We've stayed at most of the other hotels in Las Colinas, but the Hampton Inn is our favorite place to stay. The rooms are better and the breakfast is definitely better. The staff is great too.

Sometimes the prices are quite a bit higher than their competitors, but not always. If prices are close to comparable, we'll chose the Hampton without a doubt..

Melissa was exceptional. She texted me within 20 minutes of my arriving to my room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and to see if I needed anything. She also gave me important tips on taking a car service from the hotel to the concert venue. The next morning she even remembered me and inquired about the concert. The room was very clean. That is always the first thing I check and I was extremely impressed. The air conditioner filters looked brand new. My "sock test" was most impressive. I walked around the room with white socks on for a full 5 minutes and they barely got dirty. The pillowcases are very high thread count which I absolutely loved! Their housekeeping department is top notch. That is important to me. Well done! Everything about my stay was positive.

The bed was a little firm for my liking, but I still slept well.

The staff was amazing! So helpful and so sweet! We stayed on the 4th floor and it has been completely remodeled. I believe we were the first ones in our room! The rooms are beautiful! The only downfall was the bed wasn’t super comfy, but I just like a softer bed! The front desk helped with the trolley app, finding food and watched us walked out after informing us of someone sleeping in their car in the parking lot at night. She also told us she was calling the police because that wasn’t safe for guests. We stayed for a concert at Globe Life and it was perfect. Will definitely be back!

Beds aren’t super comfortable, but I like a softer bed!

I made the reservation on September 12 in my name and all the confirmation emails were in my name and yesterday when we arrived with my husband no reservation appeared. We spent more than an hour waiting for them to give us the room and my reservation still did not appear and it turned out that the reservation was in my husband's name. The truth is that we were not happy with what happened to us. It was my husband's birthday and we already had plans of what we were going to do and everything was delayed.

The hotel is close to the airport. Bed is huge for one person. The check in staff was nice and gracious. Breakfast was also sumptous, but expect the american style breakfast, no salad and etc.

During my stay, the fire alarm was ringing, and its like ringing forever in my ears. Staff said that its a current fire drill, but it did not stop until late in the evening. Also the AC in the room is old and requires upgrade.

The property was nice and close to Music Factory and very nice restaurants.

I didn’t have any issues with the property. Towards the end of my stay, there were a some bugs that came to visit me. We kept the room pretty clean, free from food, so I guess, they were just stopping by to check things out also 😆

We enjoyed the breakfast.. eggs with a different meat each day. Waffles, oatmeal, cereals fruit, yogurt...juice. pretty much the normal.. but the area was clean and well kept up with The front counter help were amazing and friendly!! Housekeeping ladies were Great also.

Not that I didn't like.. the coffee bar, it was good and up all day for coffee tea or hot chocolate.. but it would ha e been nice to have a selection of creamers. The had plain cream or Hazelnut.. I guess Im saying/ asking for a selection...keep Vanilla too. The TV in our room was nice.. but didn't have Guide or a MENU.. SO we could see what was on the channels.

Breakfast was good could use a little more flavor and little more variety but overall is was good. Maybe some sausage links, bacon and pancakes would work.

I thought the pool could have been little more cleaner and a little more chlorine. It look a little green thrle water. Also, thought the pool would have been a bit bigger according to seeing the pictures online prior to booking!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly service. We ended up coming back for a second night unexpectedly, I discovered I had lost my earbuds and determined I had possibly left them the night before. I asked the front desk, they communicated with housekeeping and sure enough they had found them in our room from the night before. They had been bagged and labeled. I was so grateful to get them back. Breakfast was wonderful, staff kept things clean and stocked.

No complaints.

Pretty good hotel, easy to get anywhere around the DFW area since it's near some major roads and highways. There was always a parking space open and the room was spacious.

Staff wasn't super friendly, but we all have bad days. They weren't rude, just not very welcoming, but that's okay.
