Laundry room needs more w/d & ventilation of fresh air. Rooms need windows that open for fresh air & room ventilation. More informative Front Desk Agents regarding how to obtain savings on best rates would be helpful. Room needs brighter lighting: overhead light in main area of room.

I just moved to Tx from Phoenix. The property is very clean and smells good when u walk in. Tyler checked in my husband and I in and was so kind and helpful. She was the best!!! All if the staff are friendly. The hotel sits off by itself which is great but there are a lot of shopping nearby

They provide free washing which is great but some residents will take your clothes out of the washer so you just have to watch your stuff or wash them later in the evening when it's not so busy. So that's not the hotel's fault. I did see a couple of roaches but again that may be from other guests living here for extended periods because hotel is really clean.

I love how large the rooms were. I love the kitchenette, I love the closet space,and the overall quality of the room.

I did not like the pillows on the bed,they were extremely flat and very uncomfortable. The blanket on the bed was too thin,the hotel should offer you extra blankets.

The water pressure in the shower was pretty low and went cold after a few minutes. It eventually went back to hot.

It was very quiet most of the time. Maid service was very helpful and friendly. Facility was kept clean and organized. I can assure future guests, this hotel is a great place to stay.

We had a ice storm and the temperatures dropped down to single digits. The heater had some cold air that drifted in through the unit. So had to turn on the heater so it would run all the time to keep the draft out.

I liked everything. The room was clean and comfortable. This was my second time staying at the hotel and the staff was pleasant. I stayed at the hotels because I take public transportation and the trains were operating on a limited schedule so I decided to stay close to work.

Customer Service Greeted Professionally. Entrance was Good coming into Faucility. As I turn corner to get to Elevator and exiting Elevator paying close attention to Dirty borders and what seem to look like while needed Vacuuming. I could Only wonder what my Room was like. I was very Surprise to how Clean and Fresh my Room was. I was very Thankful for a Clean/ Fresh and Comfortable Bed.

Everyone was very helpful and professional, Jay is also a treasure and housekeeping is on point.
