Everything was good.

Pool wasn't heated. Christine at the reception did not give us the receipt or the email when one room was checking out. We had 3 rooms. She was taking forever to process the receipt. Our brother was getting late so she said she would give us his receipt and would email the same too. The next day when we asked her again, she said she has emailed, but she was lying and then she said she can't give us the hard copy as it has to be given to the guest only and he has gone. She totally ignored the earlier day's conversation. Then the senior staff member told her to send the email, but that wasn't done too. It was very frustrating.

I liked the smooth & cordial greetings, the cleanliness, and nice room(s). ☺️🙏🏼😊

I would rate 5+ stars only if the highway traffic noise and charge for parking was eliminated (especially when I was not present on the property two out of four days, as I was downtown @ Baylor Hospital w/my daughter who was in the ICU). Your staff did move me to another room on the backside of property, which was less noisy and much appreciated. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Great hotel. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was too cold for us to use the pool area but it's a beautiful, calm area with an outdoor fireplace. Very close to lots of restaurants and right off the highway.

That the cafe was not open. It would have been nice to have that open. The hotel is located right beside the highway so it's very noisy when you are outside but you can't hear anything when you are in your room.

I didn’t have breakfast so cannot rate. The location was convenient to all I needed to do in the metroplex. Because my travel plans changed at the last minute I had two reservations, 1 for Dec 4, and another for Dec 5-6. I was concerned when I checked in because the front desk could not find the two day reservation. However, it was resolved overnight and they arranged it so that I could stay in the same room. Good service.

The property was clean and it is right across the way from my daughter’s house.

I did not like the fact that you charged my debit for the entire stay over 2 weeks before my arrival. Your charge almost caused an overdraft because I was not expecting it to come out when it did. I was under the impression that I would be charged on the day of my arrival. I would have used a credit card instead.

Great facilities, nice big rooms with excellent showers, work station, coffee and fridge. Bed was very comfortable and we couldn’t hear any motorway noise. Staff were lovely and bar onsite was nice for a nightcap.

Having a couple plates and cutlery would have been handy.

I hate the Bible and Book of Mormon in each room pushing organized religion on adults that are capable of making their own decisions about their beliefs. Get rid of the books.

What breakfast. There was no breakfast to enjoy. Starbucks was inside, but we had to travel outside of the hotel for breakfast.

The website states "there's a restaraunt onsite. There is a restaraunt/bar, but was not in person due to staff shortage." That should've been stated on the website. But, rest assure we won't be using this hotel anymore. False advertisement is a negative in my book.

Convenient location to all sorts of things to do around the Dallas/Richardson area.

Breakfast was slightly expensive. I bought two orange juice bottles and one parfait and it came out to almost $21.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 times. While coming in hotel we were tired . We were trying to get coffee in Starbucks Counter. They don't have coffee with Whole Milk. you know with 2% reduced FAT milk will not give good taste. We felt more dissatisfied. We went to other hotel to get only good coffee and food. Next In Starbucks Counter I just bought 1 water bottle and they didn't approve Card payment. They asked me to go to Reception and get it paid . It took 30 minutes in the reception to pay and get ONLY ONE Water bottle. If you make all payment inside the hotel comes under room number ( I mean If we say Just room number to get service and get billed through payment via card on file or pay while checkout or add everything with hotel payment would be helpful to you people as well as me.

Room was Compact ,Clean and Perfect status. If you would have keep one water bottle in the room before checking would be helpful.
