Friendly desk clerk at late night check-in. Informed us that breakfast ended at 9:30 am. Quiet room with very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom Nice location just of highway for visiting the Johnson Space Center Fantastic breakfast with pancakes, biscuits, eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, Juice/Coffee/Tea. There is no push to move you out of the eating area after they close.

When they say breakfast ends at 9:30 am, they mean it. The door to the side room where the breakfast is served gets locked at 9:30. I didn't realize this as most places I have been start taking the items into a back room so one still has access to things like juice and water for a few minutes after closing. I only had juice to drink. By the time I realized I wanted some water, the door was locked. They did have coffee and some hot water for tea in the eating area, so at least I was able to have some tea.

Everything! We were looking for a hotel close to our residence because Hurricane Beryl just came through on Monday the 8th of July. We had stayed in Kemah because there were none available close to the house right after. I found out through the staff that they had just got power restored themselves! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We also loved the continental breakfast! The room, service, and housekeeping were wonderful!!

The front desk staff was amazing. Michelle and the man up front (I didn’t get his name, he was a cool cat!!) both were awesome! Will definitely return. I enjoyed my stay with my boyfriend.

The pancake maker was very slow so there was a line for it that took a long time and they ran out of syrup and didn’t refill so I couldn’t get any for my pancakes but that’s all I could say!

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location was perfect as it was only a 30 minute drive to our final destination of Galveston and our Carnival cruise. We were coming from San Antonio and didn't want to risk the drive on a Sunday without a stopover in case the traffic was bad. So we drove on Saturday to get as close as we could and still stay close to the main highway to Galveston after a stopover at the hotel.

A few more tables in the breakfast area? Might not be possible, though. There's really nothing else we did not like. All was really good for us.

I enjoyed the spacious queen suite that accommodated my family. The location of the hotel was secluded and ideal.

I did not like the fact of housekeeping not providing clean towels even after dirty ones were placed outside the door. The breakfast area for the food was very compact and they ran out of some foods.

We love staying at Holiday Inn Express. We have stayed at this particular one before and loved it so much we returned. The staff are friendly, the room is a good size and the beds are comfortable.

There is nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is very close to our daughters home. we have our grandsons stay at the hotel with us when we come to visit them.

The fact that room service is nonexistent since Covid. We had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, and bath wash, shampoo & conditioner. Our trash was only emptied once we asked for that. you should never have to ask to have trash cans emptied. There is no pandemic currently so room service should be restored. The hot tub was stagnant & green and not able to be used for the 4 days we were there. Also, whatever the scent is that you use in elevators & the Lobby is too MUCH. Some people are extremely sensitive to scents and it makes it hard for us when the scent is strong in common areas.

Breakfast was excellent, Tita was the person who was there to prepare breakfast was courteous and doing a great job; but next day she wasn't there and a lot of people including me need to be waiting for eggs to come out, sausage, coffee. The front desk lady needed to come and help her. The pancake machine wasn't working 😕. Front desk people always courteous with a great attitude. Hotel has a great location to malls, food places. Costco, Walmart. 15 minutes from space center.

Location was great, only 8 minutes away from where I needed to go for business.

Breakfast wasn't good or appetizing. Pre-frozen omeletts were served but the centers were still cold. Biscuits were preheat from the day before, each biscuit was toasted in it's entirety and hard to the touch. My beds were very uncomfortable, I had to buy mattress toppers at the local Walmart for a comfortable good night's sleep. I didn't like the fact that no individual cartons of milk were available, only a large pitcher for all guests to grab which was very unsanitary. On the 1st morning at breakfast I noticed a guest cough in his hand then grab the pitcher of milk, then use that same hand he had cough in to open the spout on the pitch to retrieve his milk.

Property was good and close to NASA and pretty good hotel with neatly renovated. Really good place
