We stayed on a higher floor with nice view of water. Room was large and comfortable but a little dated. Beds were comfortable. Very nice buffet breakfast was available for a small additional fee. Staff at front desk and at buffet were very friendly and helpful. Great location if you are visiting NASA Houston facilities.

Hotel seemed a little dated and could use an upgrade. Seemed like it could really be amazing.

Hilton is an excellent hotel chain and this property lives up to expectations. Staff was wonderful and helpful. I forgot my water bottle when I checked out and when I came back they let me in the room to get it. Room had a good view even if it was on the inward facing part of the hotel. Elevators were fast and worked great. Loved the ease of finding things and that they gave us some recommendations for places to eat and things to go in the area.

Hilton is a great hotel, but they always find a way to charge for everything. Upcharging the WiFi and no free breakfast are just a couple of examples. The other thing I didn’t like about this property was the lighting in the sink area. It’s so dimm it makes shaving hard to do.

Spacious room although we did upgrade. Restaurant had a varied menu with some healthier options. Location for is was ideal as our visit was all about Nasa. Plenty of parking although there is an additional cost for that.

The only slight gripe was the restaurant was cold as were most of the public areas.

Location is Great! And views. Many restaurants and attractions minutes away.

Our room had an unpleasant smell due to the carpet cleaning.. rooms are a bit outdated, and at least in our room, the bathroom needed some TLC . Overall, it's good.

The view for the room was really nice and the location. It was a really nice hotel.

The parking could be better, someone dinged my door and didn't even apologize. The shower head to our shower was loose and broken, the water was coming out everywhere. The vent wasn't working so it would get really hot in the shower. Other than that, everything was okay, the staff were very friendly.

I liked the NASA Space theme throughout the hotel. Made me feel close to a popular attraction. I especially enjoyed that the hotel has it’s own restaurant. Once I checked in to the hotel I didn’t have to leave to go out looking for somewhere to enjoy dinner.

The bathroom in the room I stayed in was a little old and dirty. Had trouble Turing on the shower.

I’ve been coming to this Location since my Kids were young now I’m able to bring my Grandson to this same location safe and clean needs a Lil update pool was very dirty had a dead frog in it to much Corey maybe we need to do some Seasalt water !!! But Mrs. Nicole made my check in smooth and fast also made sure she was available for all me a my Lil 1 needs Thanks Nicole her smile meant everything!

The Buffett staff was very nice except for the 1 that actually cooked the omelettes was very rude Whalen I say she never spoke back you ask her a question never responded as though she didn’t understand you at all also when you told her your order she put what she wanted on there twice wow

located perfect near the space center, and the breakfast was more then perfect too! and also the very hot water in the shower was perfect! The team was kind, and great that the parking was free. the room was nice and clean.

I’m so sorry 🙏🏻 I really could not stand the smell of the hotel 😔 the smell of the strong clean material, the moment we walked in. it felt horrible for me. maybe you need to add to that some kind of perfume 😔 sorry 🙏🏻 also dinner we ate was a bit low 🙏🏻

Very comfortable, good location, very clean.

Didn't care much for the restaurant. We both had the steak and frites. Steak was very bland, over cooked and super chewy for both of us. One was ordered medium well, and the other was medium rare. It was just overpriced for the quality we got. I don't mind paying extra or more, if the food is worth it. This was not. The view from the restaurant was beautiful though.

View was great and location was perfect!

There was some confusion on my rate thru booking.com. They initially charged me way more than the booking.com rate at check in. I asked to have it corrected, but they said we could do it at checkout. Instead, they went ahead and charged the whole amount that was incorrect. Pretty frustrating...when I went to go check out, they said it never got corrected. So they recharged me another 2 nites...Ugh! It finally got straightened out after a few days, but I had to stay on them...Very Frustrating!
