Not sure how old the Best Western Zion (Springdale, Utah) is, but it appeared to be almost brand new. Landscaping, hotel exterior, interior lobby, hotel room/bathroom were all in immaculate shape. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long cold day of hiking in Zion National Park. The full breakfast was great. Several outdoor gas fire places located around the property allowed travelers to relax by the fire. The hotel is located 1 mile from the western entrance to Zion and Zion Visitor Center. Many restaurants, including Zion Canyon Brew Pub, are within walking distance.

What an awesome hotel! I am so excited to write this review as we totally enjoyed our stay! Front desk staff provided even more info than I expected, they gave us restaurant and cafe recommendations in Springdale, they also included types of the cuisines that are served in these restaurants. Staff also provided us with the extended and detailed list of Zion National Park hikes, which was very handy too. We already got from our trip, but I still can’t get over the view that we had from our balcony! Stunning, majestic, absolutely breathtaking! The swimming pool and hot tub is the gem of this place. Just imagine meeting the sunrise in the hot tub and looking at the stunning mountains! I could not have asked for more! The breakfast was served from 6am to 10am and it was very good, with wide selection of food, whether you crave sweet or savory breakfast! Overall territory of this hotel is great, peaceful and secluded. Everything is clean and people are very friendly. There are also fire pits on the territory, which made our stay even better. Thank you, Best Western and Springdale, for a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially Abi who checked us in and the breakfast staff! The breakfast was hands down the best free breakfast we’ve had in a hotel. The location was perfect for our days exploring Zion. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, and even had a view of the canyon! We stayed in 5 different hotels on this trip (3 of which were Marriotts) and my family all voted the Best Western was the BEST! It had everything we needed and more at a very reasonable price!

The location was exceptional, being in close proximity to the park. The staff was efficient and transparent in outlining the charges during check-in. The room was immaculately clean, featuring a pleasant shower, effective heating, as well as an ice machine and water station for guest convenience. I recommend purchasing food supplies for the trails at Sol Foods Supermarket and storing them in the room's refrigerator for added convenience.

For this price, the parking should be free for guests.

Perfect location for shuttles….note the parking lot was full at 8 am in early May. Easy check in and parking. Short walk to restaurants. Some rooms had great views….upper floors…..but not ours. Pricy but so is everything in Zion so this is standard for a decent room.

Our room faced the heating unit for the pool and was very noisy. We requested an upper unit at booking months before arrival. Front desk did their best to make it right but could only offer compensation…..hotel was full.

This hotel is a great place to stay when going to Zion National Park, and is only five minutes away from the entrance. The beds are comfy and are great when you are tired and ready to lie down. The breakfast was really good every morning and had a great variety of food to choose from. Great place to stay.

If I had one thing I didn’t like about the property is that the pool was a little small. Although we were still glad we were able to have a pool to cool off in.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Excellent service, very clean rooms, friendly and nice stuff, very good pool and hot tub. The daily breakfast selection was very good, perfect espresso coffee. Great location-five minutes away from Zion’s entrance, right across bus stop.Food and drinks by walking distance. We stayed 4 nights and our stay in this hotel was absolutely pleasant.

Everything was excellent.

This was a beautiful, clean newer hotel so close to Zion we could walk to the main gate. The breakfast was delicious. My daughter especially enjoyed the pancakes with chocolate chips and whipped cream. The coffee was fresh and hot. The workout room was clean, well equipped and spacious. There were numerous water bottle filling stations conveniently located in the lobby and near the ice machines. Our room had plenty of space for all 6 of us and it had a great balcony with views of the amazing landscape around. My kids enjoyed the outdoor salt water pool. The hotel provided a few floaters for younger guests to use in he pool as well.

The location was perfect, right outside of Zion National Park. Because we wanted to be on the first park shuttle each morning, we were gone before breakfast was ready. That was not an issue for us though. We chose the hotel because of the close proximity to the park. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had water filling stations and views were amazing from the property. We didn’t want room service while we were there but staff did leave off a basket of towels, coffee and soap outside the door. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was cool after a hot day of hiking. We didn’t take advantage of it, but the hotel had fire pits for roasting marshmallows and gathering around it. Located at shuttle stop 4, it was quick & easy to get in and out of the park.

The refrigerator in our room was turned up, so it took a full day to cool our water. We didn’t realize it when we initially put our water in it, several hours later we realized the water wasn’t cooling off and it had been bumped up so we turned it back down.

We just stayed there for two nights. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable, and Stop 4 of the Springdale Shuttle is right in front of the hotel. We didn’t take the shuttle to the parking entrance, we just walked. It was a short, very pleasant walk. My wife is very picky about room conditions, but she found everything there was excellent! We saw deers walking on the lawn in the morning. See the pictures.
