We were so impressed with this hotel. Super friendly and welcoming staff on reception and at breakfast. The breakfast is fantastic with multiple hot options including pancakes. They have tea/coffee/hot chocolate on offer all the time which we appreciated. The pool is great - gorgeous views and very comfy sun loungers. The location is really good with multiple great places to eat a short walk away. Bit & Spur and Oscars Cafe were our favourites.

The pool towels are way too small for the loungers and most of them are falling apart. Such a shame as otherwise the pool is amazing and the loungers are really comfy. The whole town had a power cut and we found it a bit odd a hotel in the holiday inn chain wouldn’t have a generator. A freak thing which is unlikely to affect other guests though.

Friendly staff at the checkin and friendly maintenance staff, nice clean rooms, close to Zion National Park Only reason I am not giving 10/10 is because they were doing construction during our stay. Otherwise 10.

No elevator but it is ok (staff asked if we need help with luggage, which is very nice). They were doing construction during January 2025 so it was difficult to find the lobby for the checkin. There were arrows pointing to the checkin location but didn’t expect the reception to be in a temporary hut. Also the temporary breakfast was bad, which I think will be better after the construction.

The hotel is in a good location. Right next to a sports bar and a fancy restaurant. The free breakfast buffet was great: a different egg dish each day, bacon or sausage, one day biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, pancake maker, toast, etc. Not a lot of room to sit though. Shower water pressure was great, beds comfy, staff pleasant. One large fire pit and 2 smaller ones in the back near the pool area.

We went during off season so the hotel wasn’t very full. Our room had no view and easily could have. Also a $10 per day charge for parking-unfortunately that’s becoming the norm I guess. I feel hotels that allow pets should keep those rooms separate from the rest. Every morning around 6 am dogs were barking in the hallway.

Loved this hotel even though a large area was blocked off under construction. Service was great and takeout breakfast worked very well with our plans. The location was perfect and you can walk to several restaurants in a minute. The views from our Mountain View room were simply amazing at sunrise, daylight and sunset! Shout out to Beth at the front desk for very friendly and helpful service!

Wish we knew before booking that it was under construction. Our only true complaint is that there is no elevator. Maybe this will be added with the renovations.

Very friendly and flexible staff, good size room, comfortable beds, beautiful views over the mountains, good breakfast (eggs, pancakes, bagels, yogurts, fruits, hot and cold drinks...) and a secluded outdoor pool. Nice restaurants nearby and wonderful canyon to explore, with wet or dry feet.

Parking could be included in the price of the room maybe? Efficient system though and cheaper than parking anywhere else in the village after 7am. The air conditioning is located very close to the bed at hip level so it gets quite cold for those sleeping closeby.

The staff were very welcoming, room was spacious and comfortable, and there was a good variety to choose from at breakfast. The location is very close to one of the shuttle bus stops, and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. Although the swimming pool was being renovated, we were offered the use of the sister hotel.

Breakfast had a good variety to choose from, but it was disappointing to see the number of single use, disposable plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast, at a time when we are encouraged to recycle and reuse things where possible. Could the ( very friendly ) staff who are employed to empty the constantly full rubbish bins, just wash re-usable plates, etc instead? The website says ‘on site parking’ but doesn’t say that there is a charge for it. It wasn’t so expensive, but I wasn’t told until check out.

Check in was smooth, swift and friendly. Parking was readily available close to our room and the hotel itself is well situated for a visit to Zion NP. Room cleanliness is first rate and the included breakfast had ample choice with tables being kept clean as people left so we had no trouble finding a place to eat. Second time here and it seemed even better than the first!

Glad to have a ground floor room as there is no elevator [just rolled luggage to the room]. Everything was good and we'd cetainly stay again if visiting Zion NP.

The location of this hotel was incredible for hiking in Zion. It was on the main road, just a few minute drive to the Park gate and resteraunts. The breakfast here was incredible, and we grabbed fruit to go for the day. The back area was also very nice, with propane fire pits and a view of the mountains. Didn’t love that we had to pay for parking separately. The room was decent, what you expect from a hotel room. The cost is higher than maybe worth, but with it being in Zion, it’s fair for the location and was comparable to others.

That we had to pay for parking on top of our stay. The breakfast was delicious, but there was very few spots to sit.

I need to give a shout out to Gary and his maintenance staff . We had a problem with the A/C in the room blowing warm air . After calling the front desk we had maintenance at our door within 5 minutes . When they couldn't repair the issue they called Gary who is the maintenance manager . Gary informed us the unit is bad and needed to install a new unit ... The old unit was removed and a brand new was installed with in 30 minutes . We were excited to see customer service is still important and first and foremost !

Basic furnishings. If you want to make it a romantic stay , maybe upgrade flooring and furnishings.

We booked an overnight stay to visit Zion National Park as a side trip from Las Vegas. I was surprised to find a beautiful hotel in a prime location for under $180 per night! This hotel is a 2-minute walk from Bus Stop #6, in which you can board the free city bus from Springdale to Zion's Visitor's Center. It only gets better - parking was inexpensive, breakfast is complimentary, and there's a stunning backyard patio with a fire pit to enjoy with your morning coffee.

The rooms are a bit dated, but it's acceptable for a budget-friendly hotel in a town near a National Park - at least, it's not overpriced upwards of $300+ per night (unlike some parks). Unfortunately, we had a room next to one of the building entrance. So, every time that guests would use their card to enter the building, it sounds like someone is trying to unlock our room. Recommend avoiding those rooms for your visit.
