This motel is a great deal. The rooms are large and the kitchenette is very practical. I was even happy with the bed. The whole layout is very retro but maintained fairly well considering the price. There a plenty of restaurants and a Walgreens nearby. Lots of parking. Ideal for people who drive to see the sights in DC.

The breakfast was just coffee and sweet stuff like cereal but that's not a big deal. The rooms feature microwaves and fridges so you can always make your own food.

HONEST REVIEW HERE.. i booked this hotel for my family and I and i can truly say it was worth the stay we was there for 4 days and there was no complain it was clean staff was nice area is quiet and it was worth my money i don’t understand why people don’t like it here or leave bad reviews its just for vacation purposes not to live thats why i don’t pay attention much to the reviews if i ever come back to Washington/Arlington area i will definitely stay here without hesitation

everything was perfect and worth my money nothing was wrong with this property staff was friendly and helpful and you get what you pay for

Very affordable, about a mile and a half to Arlington cemetery, if you're a walker then it's not a problem, if you're not then transport links are excellent to DC

The area was OK, whilst I didn't have any problems I would advise anyone to stay aware, it did feel a bit dodgy at times

Everything was fine. The location was great for what we needed, the room was clean, and we didn't have any trouble. We did have one staff member who went above and beyond. After we left our room and were getting into the car to leave, a member of the housekeeping staff shouted for us to wait--he ran down to the parking lot to give up the cell phone we had inadvertently left behind. We so appreciated his honesty and dedication to getting the phone to us right away. Much appreciated!

Would have been nice to have more seating in the breakfast room--it was crowded and hard to get a spot.

Close to metro system. Two adjoining rooms were perfect for our 3-generation group❤️. Sheets & Towels were very high quality! Breakfast was included. Great Value

No elevator but our kids loved the balcony! Beds may have been small for two adults, but having 4 beds/2 rooms worked for our family!

Very good value for money, decent breakfast included. Room was quiet, comfortable beds, clean sheets & towels, parking was safe. Very friendly & helpful desk staff. Easy to get to by car. Would happily stay again.

No problems, just the décor is a bit dated.

The room was clean. Its convenient that there was microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was different, you had to go to the desk and they gave you a to go gallon bag, that had breakfast in it. It had a granola bar,cup of fruit, a Danish, a little orange juice, it was better then nothing. It was also really nice having not only a restaurant downstairs but there was a 7-Eleven,Subway,McDonald's and a couple other restaurants right across the street and a gas station next door.

The elevator wasnt working and that was a bit of an inconvenience. Our luggage was pretty heavy and my husband had to carry it up the steps. Also, after walking miles sightseeing, it was rough walking up the steps.

A good basic breakfast and a convenient comfortable room located close to Pentagon City. Loved the ice machine--good ice.

I do not think the refrig was not working.

The place is very close to almost everything you may need. Very good.

The fact that there was no mop in the bathroom and there was no toilet brush. Kinda left the bathroom filthy sometimes but all in all, the place is very good. Would give it a 8.5 out of 10

The pool area was nice. It was clean, and well decorated and cared for. The breakfast was very good and the young man did an excellent job of staying on top of everything.

The protective screen on the hair dryer was missing. I discovered this the hard way with a good bite on the finger.
