I stayed here because it is a pet-friendly hotel that is close to Dulles Airport and I was traveling with my cat. At the same time, it is within walking distance of a lot of establishments in Arlington, so you don’t feel trapped here. My room and bed were very comfortable. My cat really liked the room as well! The breakfast that was included in my room rate had plenty of options. Overall, a good experience.

The prices are rather high for what you get. I would have expected bathrobes in the room and a bit more in terms of hotel amenities at this price point. At the same time, I was grateful to have a comfortable and conveniently-located place that accepted pets, so I can’t complain too much.

Room size, comfortable bed, strong shower, very clean, water provided in room daily, location to everything including metro, value for money

Dining space for breakfast- went once and decided to go out for breakfast each day instead as space was so small, seating too close to others, dark and uncomfortable Bedroom window was also very small so needed lights on even during the day

The room was clean and quiet, very comfortable. Great location next to metro station made it easy to get both to the city centre and national airport.

On the day of our leave a receptionist was highly incompetent when asked for an invoice (he was given all the details needed). Three times he printed it out wrongly. We were forced to leave to be able to get on time for our flight. Despite my three emails to the hotel I did not get neither an answer, nor a correctly made invoice.

The bed was superrrrrrrrrr comfy the shower was amazing the bathroom is so pretty and what I love the most about it was that when I turned the tv on it had my name on it welcoming me we absolutely loved it

Everything was amazing beside the fact that I have a extra charge on my card for nothing because we didn’t spend any extra money

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the king bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent as the Ballston metro station is very close by for a quick ride to the Smithsonian in Washington. In addition, there are numerous restaurants in walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive.

Location is great for metro system and plenty of good eating establishments within walking distance. This location allowed us to do everything we wanted without renting a car. A combination of the metro system and uber met our needs.

The accommodations were great, but I have been double billed - Once by Booking.com and once again on my credit card by Hilton when checking out. I called the Hilton to follow-up was told my credit card had been declined by Booking.com so they had to collect. However, my booking.com credit card charge has cleared the bank, so something needs to be resolved.

I loved how it is conveniently located to shops places to eat and the coolest part was being close to the metro! AWESOME oh and let’s not forget the room felt personalized my name was on the tv screen…HOW COOL. The staff was more than accommodating that day front desk, the concierge service, the food service engineers everyone was awesome.

There was nothing I disliked about my stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone from front desk to room service and food service was great.

The "comfy" chair in the room was not. It was rigid and armless. I know this was part of the overall design FF&E, and it may seem trivial, but the only things to do in the room were stand up or go to bed. Minor, I know.

The location was perfect for my needs (work conference). The staff were incredibly helpful - allowed me very late check-in (3 am) and late check-out at no costs and were kind about it. Room spacious and very clean. Nice outdoor terrace to work or have a coffee.

The staff at breakfast should be paid for their friendliness. So many guests hugged and kissed staff persons it was almost weird. It made dining more pleasurable. The location was very close to the airport but so many restaurants and business places surrounded the hotel. With DC traffic I had to Uber very little.
