I stayed at this hotel in Arlington and found it exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The room included a spacious kitchenette, which added convenience to my visit. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, providing easy access to downtown Washington, D.C. It’s also close to major landmarks like the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. For the area, the hotel offers good value for money, especially compared to typical Washington, D.C. prices. A solid choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

One minor downside was the noise from the air conditioning unit, which could be a bit distracting at night. However, this didn’t significantly impact the overall comfort of my stay.

The only thing I didn’t like I had teenaged in the apartment next to me that was loud it was more than 10 people they were having a party. I thought that was against the rule. I had to knock on the door several times to turn the noise down. There is no staff that can do anything about it. It seems to be really live on the weekends. All night it’s nothing but noise until 4 in the morning

I liked our ability to cook our own breakfast. This is basically a bed-sit with a small but full kitchen. It met our needs while our extended family gathered in Arlington for the Thanksgiving holiday. The parking garage was a nice convenience as well as affordable

The room was large enough to accommodate a table and a couple of chairs but these were not provided. Instead there were 2 chairs that afforded sitting at the kitchen bar. This arrangement was too close to the bed to be convenient, given the unused space in the rest of the room.

Accommodation is ideally located to explore Arlington and Washington DC. Hosts were so helpful. Amazing restaurants nearby.

Host offered check out time at 12pm instead of 11am, but seems the cleaning staff was not updated of this. Thus from 11 to 12 I had 3 people every 15mins knocking on the door asking if I'm checking out. Each time I explained the front desk had offered this to me the evening before and I had till 12. This was very inconvenient disruptive final packing for the airport.

The staff were friendly and professional. They were helpful. We were able to ge coffee, clean towels. The kitchen utensils were clean. The kitchen was clean. The rooms were quiet. The guests were also courteous. All in all a pleasant place to stay. The elevators were functional and fast.

The coffee machine was clogged and I needed to run a clean water cycle to get it to work initially. The drier did not work at all. Kept giving error message for cleaning the filter even when both filters were clean.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, equipped kitchen, loads of closet space, even a washer and dryer! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Housekeeping came in only once a week. I didn't mind keeping the space clean, but it would have been easier if a broom and pan had been provided. The space seemed designed for a much taller person; I had trouble reaching the kitchen shelves and closing the blinds completely in the bedroom. I bought a cheap stepstool at the nearby Target, and this solved my problem.

The location was great, and the price was considerably less than other hotels in the area. It’s really an apartment, so no maid service, but you can request extra towels at no extra charge. Tons of space and full size appliances. It’s pretty new and there is always someone at the front desk. They were very helpful and even let me make a phone call from the desk, as my phone service wasn’t working. Also appreciated the soaps and hairdryer in the bathroom.

The tub could be cleaned a bit better, including a stain on the shower curtain. Also, it is student housing for Marymount College, so the smell of weed was a bit much in the entryway and parking garage, as well as some dried vomit by the front door. If they are going to rent out the extra rooms they probably should be a bit more mindful of the presentation. However, all in all we had a good stay and were grateful for a cheaper alternative in the area that was still a nice, relatively new apartment.

We were concerned about facing a parking issue. However, when we arrived, the lady at the reception assisted us with the parking, and we were able to park our car for free.

I loved that the apartment was fully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped is ready to go, I just need to get groceries. Most importantly there’s a washer and dryer and detergent as well! They do a thorough cleaning of the apartment on a daily basis. The staff is super nice. The bathroom is also full of amenities. The building is gorgeous and the facilities and well taken care of. Of course location is fantastic with many restaurants and services a walking distance away. Metro is only a few blocks away as well. Overall highly recommend.

Nothing it was perfect.

Checkin was quick and friendly. Anthony is an excellent host, and I wish I had gotten names of the rest of the staff because they were all very welcoming. The room is a bit stark but very nicely fitted out. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. Housekeeper was sweet when I spoke to her about a couple extra K cups for more coffee. Ballston is much better than it was 10 years ago, tons of walkable places to visit and Harris Teeter is still my favorite grocery store!

Parking was tight. I had a Ford Edge and it was bigger than most of the spots. Keys were kind of iffy. Once the team got me a set that worked it was ok but the first couple tries the lock did not light up at all.
