Good location. Front desk staff was very friendly. This is my 4th stay, to be honest there has been some relatively minor hiccups each time I’ve stayed, however what’s important about me mentioning that is that the staff has fixed it and compensated me for the problems each time. I feel that is what is important, they didn’t just say sorry and dismiss me, the apologized and then worked to correct it.

Can be hard to find bell carts, if that’s important to you, it is to me. Limited food choices, and it’s a little drive for additional choices.

No smoking or vaping anywhere within the facility. Including the entire casino. Craps and other table games were a pleasant surprise. Machines available for sports betting with a full sports book under construction. Room was large and very comfortable. Nice walk in shower. Carvers Cafe was very nice. Food was excellent, Bryan is an excellent waiter. I had the halibut and chips which were served with the best tartar sauce I've ever tasted. The halibut was too good on its own for the tartar sauce so I used it for my fries and to make an adequate coleslaw an outstanding side dish.

No microwave in the room. Not a deal breaker but it would be nice for reheating leftovers etc. Refrigerator and the coffee maker in the room were more than adequate. Better signage in the parking lot to direct first time hotel guests to the front desk rather than the obvious main entrance to the Casino.

LOVED LOVED LOVED, the Sports Bar food. We went for breakfast since it was NYE they were open but it was Carver's food. My husbands food was not good so the Sports Bar employee offered him a refund or to come back for lunch on them. So nice!

That things didn't open until 8am, we didn't realize that and were up and ready to start the day at 6:30 and had to venture back to our room for awhile.

So My guess that an Indian Casino hotel would be super clean and very comfortable was correct. 13Moons is the restuarant, but it was booked up so be sure to make reservations ahead of time. We ate in the sports bar and it was the best Fish and Chips on the trip. Very comfortable seating... Nice to play slots between whale sighting tours. Staff was super, best hotel of the trip.

Beds were a little hard but all the beds on our trip were so ... Not much to complain about Breakfast restaurants dont open up til 8 so dont get in a hurry. Weight room had free weights which was cool but the machines were very limited. I supposed most people go to gamble not work out. A little construction going on but thats to be expected now and then.

Loved the views of Mt. Baker and the water! The staff was willing to provide the extra towels, the comforter, and the microwave when requested. The gym was a bonus, once I figured out how to use the treadmill.

One set of towels for each person seemed skimpy for a luxury hotel. Also, I expected fo find a microwave already inside our room. The dispensers for lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were so hard to use, that I first thought they were empty. The personnel were all terrific.

The hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately, the casino and dining venues were closed due system issues, but we had other plans anyway so it didn’t bother us. The staff was considerate ought to call us to let us know and offered to let us cancel. It just gave us a good reason to return and test those facilities.

Handicapped / disabled parking was about a hundred yards from the entry, which made for a hike with weak legs.

The room was very nice and walk in shower was exceptionally nice. All staff were helpful, courteous, and friendly. The sports bar 🥃 had various baseball ⚾️ and football 🏈 games on different TV's 📺. Check In and Check Out were easy.

Though the meals we ate were relatively good, we found food prices a little bit expensive for the portions.

The two folks that checked us in were very sweet and I really appreciated their kindness and knowledge. Jupiter was the person that did the work on the computer, they were fast and respectful. I didn't catch the other man's name but he was dressed to kill in a really nice suit and had helpful information about the area.

I was sad that the coffee stand inside the casino wasn't open yet, we left the day it opened.

The comfort level was great, as was the staff. It was also the best deal for a similar property in the area.

It wasn’t their fault, but unfortunately their computer system was hacked into, so there literally was nothing available on property – the casino was closed as we were the restaurants. The only thing within walking distance is a small market.

Very nice rooms & great view & loved the food in the Sports Bar & especially loved 13 Moons-Atmosphere & food were wonderful. Slots & band were fun too. rooms

Had a noisy room- the ceiling creaked from 2-7 am so We talked to desk host & she changed our room to a better room.
