The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated (electric fireplace, wall sized wild horse mural, warm flooring even with the air conditioner turned on, amazing walk-in shower, nicely scented body lotion, good coffee, nice black-out blinds, cute window seat type shelf). The staff were very nice.

The pillows were too soft (only a concern since we both have neck issues). No hand soap for the sink.

When we first saw the establishment, we thought hmmmmmm....but walking into the building and especially the room we looked at each other and went...WOW...this is so well done. We loved it!!!

A box of doughnuts in the lobby for those checking out would help, as there are no breakfast spots close by. There's a thru coffee box, but no place to sit and eat nearby..

Room was clean, many windows, felt safe, and lots of cooking / kitchen amenities for a long stay. I really liked that it was self-serve and felt very comfortable as a solo traveler with my pets. The A/C and TV worked very well and I enjoyed the new furnishings.

Sometimes I didn't know if I could text the manager questions - or if I had to call. I needed assistance with the vending, but didn't know if they were 'on call,' or around 24/7 or whatnot and for what types of needs.

Big room and very clean! Lots of exploring and places to relax. Although we didn’t use it the kitchen was nice.

Needs a garbage can in the room and more coffee available for multiple days would be nice. More info on how to use the gym would have been good. Check in was confusing and was not explained how to use the check in. Didn’t receive QR code from Booking.

We stayed at the suite. The living area was more spacious than I expected. Great location. The common area was very nice too for a quick bite bringing own food.

I’d like an extra bath towel but there’s no towels, only bed sheets, in the storage nor front desk staff to ask for it.

Comfortable beds, decent sized rooms, very clean.

Checking in is a pain with its digital system. There are cameras (recording pictures and sound) everywhere, and the windows on the ground floor are covered with a stick-on opaque film that lets light in but prevents looking out.

The Icon Inn clearly has high standards in regards to Cleanliness and Comfort. The Contactless service is continent, and the staff is very helpful if needed. The Blackout Curtains and smart TV made the stay feel much like home. The overall design and color of the Interior is Top Tier. This is a far superior stay to any other establishment in the County.

My associate and I found the beds to be rather firm.

Ambiance. The modern style. Easy to reserve and check in. Could see the real potential for having a group stay and cooking and celebrating together in one place. Quick response to my questions from the ?manager?

No comfortable reading chair in the room. Only one wastebasket. Was there a cart to cart our stuff from car to room?

The atmosphere was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the self check in was cool, but we were met by Carmen then later by Heaven. We love Carmen and Heaven, they made our experience feel so welcome we’re coming back soon.

I have nothing negative to say other than we should’ve stayed longer.
