Check In and Check Out was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot Breakfast was a step above most other places I have stayed. I felt safe and secure, and felt my vehicle was safe and secure. Guest Parking was located away from the main street and well lighted. Quick access to the main Highway. Great Stay!

Front desk was vacant when I wanted to check out (left a note saying they would be back soon, but no time) I found another staff member who helped me out. That was the only issue I had during the entire stay.

For 3 days breakfast was very limited. I'm guessing the supplies were low which was very disappointing. The other days it was good.

One would think that even though I booked with a third a party that AARP card would still be honored. At the very least when a person stays over a couple days that some kind of break in price would be warranted.

The staff member I encountered was very polite and professional. Easy check in. Husband enjoyed the breakfast.

In our room, there was a used coffee pod in the keurig. Honestly, ...Made us wonder what else may have been left uncleaned. I'm 5'3", and my feet hung over the king bed. I've never had that happen. I book King rooms because my husband is 6'2".

The hotel was in a convenient location for the sites I needed to reach during my stay. I was given a room I requested, on the top floor in a quiet location. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were the usual standard hotel cold and hot fare.

It was more expensive that I would have liked, but I was there on a summer Thursday and Friday.

We stopped over on the way to Mount Rainier. This place was such a lovely surprise! The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable as well as quiet. We enjoyed using the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was good and the lady preparing the breakfast could not have been more delightful.

The only thing we didn't like was the refrigerator which was too noisy and could not be switched off from inside.

The customer service was consistent across the board from the front desk, housekeeping, food staff and this was through 3 shifts during my stay. My husband and I were in a accident and had nothing. The generosity of the staff made feel so secure and cleanliness of the room and the accommodations considering my husband fractured his spine was phenomenal. I will never forget this experience. P.s. nobody knew our situation except the night shift that checked us in.

I have nothing to say I think this will be my new choice of hotel no matter where I am.

I wasn’t impressed with Jason, the manager. We had a very extended stay and he wasn’t clear with his communication and very rude about it.

Breakfast was good most days. Kind of sparse entrees on a few days. Missing a few breakfast items on 3 days. A little pricey but overall not to bad.

Price could have been a little better because rooms not done everyday. Had to go get extra towels when we needed them ourselves.

Location worked for us. Easy freeway access. Close to Wilridge Winery. Very quiet. Several restaurants as well as fast food places very close by. USB ports were handy.

Breakfast was so so. Biscuits for gravy were cold. Other standard fare was ok. Shy on normal fruit.

Having access to a nice breakfast. The staff are friendly Upon checking out of our room, I discovered that I had a flat tire, the staff went above and beyond to put my spare on my car, so I could get to Walmart in Yakima for replacement tires

The price for a night is extremely expensive
