The location was great and the room was very clean plus comfortable. I found the beds just right for me which would be a little bit more on the firmer side. The hotel was clean plus very friendly staff members. The breakfast has great options and was very warm when we arrived toward the end of the time they service it.

After checking in, we were informed that the elevators were out of service which meant that both (who had knee issues) to carry our stuff up to the second floor. This was not real easy for both of us but we barely managed then return to the first floor with our stuff via the stairs. I understand that it was out of their control. I wish I had asked to change floors due to our issues. We struggled to find the right temperature, because it seemed like it was always hot unless we turned on the air conditioning for a bit.

Very clean and cozy. Bed and pillows comfy, Black out curtains made for a good night's sleep. I love that the pool is open all night. Rooms are large. We weren't able to get down to breakfast because we were sleeping so well, but the setup looked nice. We will be staying here again when needed.

I left jewelry in the room. I called 4 times to get to talk to someone and no one ever called me back. They said they would check. I know exactly where i left it and what is was. Just have not heard back from anyone.

Breakfast was amazing, you get a coupon for a free breakfast in their little restaurant. Kids eat free👍

The only thing I can think of is that parking is kind of crazy because there is a school in the same parking lot area.

The staff. In particular, Al! Who we have lovingly begun to call our Christmas angel! I made a goof while booking and they took such great care of us. Thank you Al!!

It’s getting renovated which is good. Hope renovations include painting walls refinishing doors which are scratched up, some badly.

Staff was tremendous. Location was good.

I know renovations are something that cannot be avoided. But after thirteen hours of travel to get here and to find out the water was off until 4PM made this a little inconvenient. I would have like to use some hot water and clean up before a 3PM meeting the same day. Having said that, I will use this Hotel next trip.

Late start to breakfast both days of our stay. Only 1 person doing all the work and managing check outs at the same time. Too much responsibility for 1 person.

Comfortable bed, large shower, easy parking and good location.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so a bit rough looking in some areas. Breakfast needs better selections.

It was convenient to the highway and very clean. The breakfast and coffee bar was great tasting and a time saver. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
