Good place to stay. Standard Holiday Inn Express. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Best to have a car. Shopping mall, restaurants, and fast food nearby. Convenient freeway access.

The only downside was the single chair; we would have preferred two. However, it was my decision not to reserve the larger room with a couch and sitting area.

The parking was excellent. The location was very good in regards to getting to highways,restaurants,downtown Vancouver & the waterfront area.. The facility was kept very neat & clean. The breakfast area was wonderful & plenty of tables & seating. There were plenty of wonderful choices for breakfast as well. The room was fantastic & the beds were comfortable as well.

Nothing was disliked while staying here.

It was close to major freeways,roads & the Portland airport. It was close to a lot of restaurants,the waterfront area,officers row and the cute town.The included breakfast was wonderful. The room to eat breakfast in & hang out in was great. The actual hotel room was nicely appointed & the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great! Room was newly remodeled and done very well. I loved the housekeeping...room was always clean and tidied and had all the supplies I needed. Staff was friendly.

I did not care for breakfast. Few choices. Downstairs I think has not been remodeled and needs it. Pool was small and unappealing. No bar or anything like that. Location was great.

Though the property was under heavy construction, the building was clean, the room was well maintained and staff were pleasant and very helpful. We look forward to seeing the end result of the efforts being put into this location.

The only thing I would think could be a little better was that breakfast could go a little longer just a half hour. When on vacation I like to sleep in.

We enjoyed the use of the pool and Hot Tub. We enjoyed the full breakfast that was provided. Great Service all the way around.

The current remodel made parking a little tough, and the outside a little messed up, but that's the cost of progress.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was abundant. I felt like we got such a good deal for a reasonable price.

We called one week before the trip to confirm we needed the sofa-bed made and a crib, and again at checkin. The staff was reassuring, but didn't follow through. It still wasn't made up at 2am when we returned to the hotel from the airport, and we had to go get the sheets from the lobby and make it ourselves. Everything else about the stay was excellent.

I was sick coming to the hotel and the Marlene was very helpful to me. She was very kind and accommodating.

It would be nice to have more lights in the room.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Mia was so lovely and caring, and the ladies at the reception were fantastic.

There was no water in the room or fridge. I wouldn't mind even paying for it if it was there. I would wake up at night thirsty.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. easy parking. Close to the mall - walking distance. DVD library with DVD player in our room. Nice! Room, staff, breakfast and accommodations were above and beyond.

Someone put coffee grounds in the place for water in the Kurig coffee maker in our room - breaking it. Front desk staff were very nice & apologetic.
