The breakfast offerings were a good variety. Especially liked the waffle!

The room had 1/4 a roll of toilet paper. There were no extra rolls in the bathroom. Plus there were only 2 bath towels. I called the desk and asked if they could bring us more. I was told I can have more but that I would have to come down and get it. If the room was properly stocked this was an avoidable inconvenience.

The room was very clean, beds comfy, great breakfast in a large eating area with a great variety to chose from...half mile walk down to town and lake. Most of the walk has sidewalks but there is a short part of the walk that you are walking along the shoulder of the road. Hotel is in a Good location. We were there when a tornado was present in the area and the hotel staff was well trained in what we should do...they evacuated us to the hallway of the lst floor away from windows...that was an interesting experience and kudos to the staff for not panicking and. knowing what to do..we enjoyed the propane fireseating area and the indoor pool. The hot tub spa was out of order...We had an enjoyable stay and would certainly stay here again..

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately we were only there for a few hours, didn't get to use pool. My granddaughter didn't feel well, started running a fever. So we had to leave and go home. Everything did look fine. Place for breakfast. Plenty of parking. Close enough to downtown Lake Geneva just a quick drive down the street.

The most surprising feature was the swimming pool area. There is a great wading pool for toddlers with a water feature including some fountains and a sort of waterfall. The rooms had plenty of space, and the pull out sofa bed was helpful for kids (though it would not be comfortable for adults).

Friendly staff at check in. Efficient. Location was close to everything we were looking to do. Facility and rooms seemed clean. Breakfast was decent. Personally would've liked a little more selection, but we made do just fine.

Front desk agent at check out seemed annoyed, and didn't acknowledge me or the other guests that came up to the desk while he was on the phone. Would've been nice if the sofa bed was made up already, instead of us having to make our own bed to use it.

Lovely big room with couch in room so could relax.

We thought the breakfast could have been better with more choice of cereals and fruit. We didn't like the plastic cutlery and the polystyrene plates we used at breakfast.

The size of the room was great, I didn't expect it to be so large.

The bed was sub par. Coffee was pretty much tinted water. My husband had to go to Dunkin to get me real coffee. Acoustics in dining area were terrible. I could barely have a conversation with him.

The place was average

Bugs in the room. Pest control needs to be contacted. Slow drain running in bathroom sink

Location was good. The room was clean.

No toilet tissue or towels in the room. We had to call for them. The breakfast was very limited. No oatmeal or hot cereal or meat. I did not see any jelly. We went out for breakfast.

The breakfast location was good. However, in Wisconsin we often assume that everyone loves cheese and everything prepared include cheese. There are a few people out there who are allergic to the diery products. If you could prepare eggs without automatically adding cheese, that would be great.

Provision for people who could be allergic to certain types of food.
