We stayed one night and loved everything about this hotel. It is still new, very we'll finished, modern and clean. The staff are exceptional in every way, helpful and professional and just nice! The rooms are a great size, cool and comfortable when hot outside, the bathroom is lovely, big as well. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. The swimming pool was refreshing after a hot and dusty day outside, everything advertised and offered was present in the room we were given. We found a decent range of options at breakfast, all the food was tasty and well made, the kitchen staff were also helpful and professional too. We knew the hotel was not in the centre of town, but didn't realise it was in a busy commercial sector - this made breakfast on the outdoor terrace became smoggy as the traffic increased, but inside it was fine. The room was very soundproof so noise was not a problem. I am happy to recommend this hotel and we will stay again when next in the city of Andijon.

The one thing to improve is the coffee!

Amazingly new and clean hotel. This hotel is so close to the Airport and Train Station. Food and service worth separate attention! much thanks for Abdullo at the reception for helping me check in quick and being such a friendly guy after a long rough trip. Defo will stay again in this iconic hotel with my family next time)

The only thing I didn't like, was the fact I needed to leave Andijan due to my business trip in another city, so that I couldn't stay at Chinor hotel more

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. The carpet which cover all the way from reception to elevator- it’s a strange decision- not comfortable to go with luggage. But staff kindly help you😁

A nice, new hotel conveniently located not too far away from the railway station. The staff was very polite and always available. It was easy to communicate with them as a non-Uzbek speaker as they all seemed to speak really good English. A spacious room. Very clean.
