I have stayed in this hotel not the first time. But for this job travel have booked myself via booking.com Check-in: the room is cleaned excelent everytime. The reception staff is very supportive. The breakfast and other dining are available both inside and outside in the small patio with a nice fountain.

Compared to overall Excellent, the work organization of cuzine should be improved. The declared start of breakfest is 7:00. But at least twice a week the cuzine is late to 30-40 minutes. For the job travellers it sometimes critical delay.

The hotel looks and is aimed, I think, at people coming on business. Everything is very simple, gray, new, but very boring in design. A hotel without its own and certainly without Uzbek identity. The comfort level is high, everything works great, everything is new. Wonderfully supported. The young people at the reception do a great job and are not only friendly (which is the norm for Uzbekistan), but also smart and fast. It is very nice. I was amazed by the quality of cleaning. I haven't seen this for a long time. Just wonderful. Thank you. The location is perfect.

Good location and it is really clean. The morning employee on reception by check-out was from the old experienced team and has solved the issues were not interesting to the previous check-in colleague.

I travel to Tashkent quite frequently last year. In march was my worst case in Aster. The guy on reception when i've checked in was completely not supportive. For the next trip i have booked some another hotel.

That was my 3rd or more trip to Tashkent, every time i stay in Aster. The staff is good trained and friendly. Last trip was without breakfest so no comments about it. The room and the public zones are cleaned well.

WiFi is sometimes wery weak or completely absent. It was noticed in my June's or August review that the breakfaft would be nice to start a bit earlier.

Breakfast is poor

Professional services, hospitality and customer-oriented. Kind-hearted staffs. I have difficulty with language in a Russian-speaking country, the 2 young gentlemen receptionists helped me a lot even buying train tickets online, I highly appreciate them. Spacious room, modern facilities, very clean, quiet and with full services, very comfortable. I highly recommend.

We stayed in the hotel upon arrival to Uzbekistan and again when we returned to Tashkent. The hotel provided us with better and bigger room with three beds for the second visit. Their packaged breakfast are really good! We has to catch a train and needed to leave hotel early morning. Staff is very helpful!

The staff of the hotel were amazing with very high level of English and super polite The hotel is comfortable and very nice in general the cleanliness is very good as well The sound proofing is quite good And the neighborhood is very quiet for sleeping at all times

It's a bit off center

Location was very good, it was close to both airport and city. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.
