Good location with a lovely staff, about 7 minutes walk to the train station. Good and clean room. There are a lot of things around like nice cafés, restaurants, shops, grocery, and pharmacy. The breakfast was just good with basic options and a good variety of vegetarian and cheese. There was a small gym area and great SPA, which includes Hammam and massage. Also, there are a little swimming pool, sauna room, and steam room. The best thing about this SPA is that you can book it for your own only at a reasonable price, especially when you travel with a family. And it's not free of use.

The swimming pool, sauna, and steam room are not included in the room price. The beds are so high, which makes it uncomfortable to climb. It is important to mention that the sleeping is uncomfortable at this period of time due to disturbing and noisy construction behind the hotel.

Spacious and clean room, nice bathroom, friendly and polite staff, ethnic interior design, location close to cafes and restaurants.

1. In bathroom there was too warm floor, we couldn’t regulate temperature by ourselves. 2. There was a huge construction site behind the hotel. During our stay builders were working late at night. There was some noise, not too loud though. We could sleep.

A few more breakfast options would be good. For example, there were no eggs.

Very modern Hotel close to railway station in Tashkent. Modern, comfortable and very clean rooms. Very nice and helpful personal. Especially thanks for the young man on the reception at our check in on 6th April and check out on 10th early morning. Thank you for very big lunch box instead of breakfast. Location was very good for us, there are many cafes, bars and bistros in the neigbourhood of the hotel.

There is hardly anything to not like about this place. The location is great, breakfast spread is good, bedroom is clean, the bed is a bit high for me but very comfortable. The staff are polite and very accommodating. I requested for late checkout and they obliged. I would definitely come back.

There are some construction works going on behind the hotel during my stay. There are some noise and caused the floor to vibrate a little but thankfully only during the daytime.

Very close to the train station. Lots of shops nearby. Newly renovated room.

It is in a rather higher-end and international neighbourhood, meaning that the food choices nearby are not Uzbek but international. Also staff were a bit reluctant to help. I stayed there twice. The first time, when I checked out, I asked for a bottle of water on the road, and I was told to buy one across the street. The second time, when I asked if there was an umbrella to borrow, I was told to buy one again.

Location is good near to shopping area and lot of restaurants & cafes. Tashkent train station is also nearby. Room size and facilities were good, but heating was not satisfactory, though bathroom floor is additionally heated. Breakfast was great with huge spread and lot of options

During my stay temperature in Tashkent dropped to -15 to -18 degrees at night. Room heating was not adequate, had to get up at night and take additional measures to keep warm. Was on a business trip and work desk / chair height in room was not good, when you sit on chair the desk will be at your chest level. Had to work from bed.

very comfy big beds, excellent breakfast options for any taste, good coffee and fresh croissants available, super friendly staff with good command of English Despite there are condtructions on going next to the building 24/7 the window isolstion is good and I didn't have problems with sleeping centrally located within 10 mins walking distance to the metro and Tashkent central train station, many shops and restaurants around

I liked everything

Good location in walking distance of banks, Uzbekistan Airways aviakassa, decent restaurants, and north train station. Bidet in toilet was a pleasant surprise given this is Central Asia.

Hotel was unable to process Visa and MC bank cards from multiple guests when I arrived and tried to claim problem was with my two major US banks, so I promptly walked over to Uzbekistan Airways aviakassa a block away and used my US-issued credit card there without any problems and showed hotel the receipt. I ultimately had to pay this hotel in soum (cash), so don't believe their claim on Booking that they accept international bank cards. The large king suite was nice for a non-namebrand hotel, but the suite was on the same wall as a night club and dance music could be heard until midnight. Also, water in bathroom sink was not working on arrival, but staff promptly fixed issue.

We just had one night in Tashkent before catching the train to Buchara. We chose a hotel within walking distance of the train station so we could be certain of our timing. Needed to leave before breakfast for an early train - staff kindly provided a takeaway breakfast that we collected at reception as we checked out. Hotel also stored our large suitcase so we could travel light to Buchara and Samarkand. Room was fantastic, big comfortable bed and lovely bathroom & shower with heated floor.
