I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in the heart of Port Vila, Vanuatu, and it was an experience that left me enchanted. The hotel's prime location by the harbor not only offered stunning views but also provided a gateway to the city's vibrant life. From the moment I entered, the sophisticated ambiance and attentive staff made a lasting impression. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room itself was a sanctuary of elegance. The decor, inspired by local aesthetics, added a touch of cultural charm, while the modern amenities catered to every convenience. Waking up to the view of the harbor was a daily delight.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious. The swimming pool is very lovely. The location is also perfect, with easy access to nearby downtown and transportation. Free breakfast featured a range of delicious choices, including eggs, bacon, fruit, toast and drinks.

I had a really nice stay at this budget hotel in Port Vila. It is fantastically located in a nice part of town that is quiet and safe, yet only a short walk or drive from downtown Vila. My room was small and basic, yet comfortable. At this price point, there is very little available anywhere in Vila that is so centrally located. The staff were extremely pleasant, kind, and polite. There is a casino on site, but it was never loud. Bonus: the fine museum and the striking parliament are a short walk from the hotel.

As the hotel has mentioned multiple times in their responses to guests, there is no wifi on site. For longer stays, the hotel arranges portable wifi routers. In my case, I was aware of this and bought a Digicel SIM card on arrival at the airport. I had fantastic Digicel reception in my room. My room also did not have AC. In May, this was not an issue. However, it might be something to consider for bookings during warmer times of the year.

The double room was comfy and what I require as I was with my daughter. Was close to where we needed to go (Port Vila Central Hospital) Staff were accommodating and very friendly. Pool was nice to cool off . Was quiet maybe because we did not see many people there.

No fridge , as I would be nice to store drinks and keep cold as Vanuatu was hot. The clothing cupboard -hangers was to high to reach to hang anything Paying by cash and the 3000 VT on-top of the cost but was refundable. TV and only one Chanel and in Asian language Will be good to have chairs and a small table to seat inside or on the balcony to enjoy coffee and eat on.

Staffs there are so friendly, kind and helpful!! They arranged to make tour company to pick me up and arranged airport transfer for me!! Rosan is one of the amazing staffs there❣️ she cooked breakfast for me and gave me advices to enjoy exploring Port Vila! Was so lovely stay!!

I stayed for one night on NYE in a single room a couple of weeks after the earthquake. The staff was really useful with helping for the local buses and directions / how to get to places. The room was small but enough for one (single bed), although a little expansive compared with other properties in a similar price range. The location was good. The double rooms seemed nicer and better appointed.

I paid extra for breakfast (AUD $12) and got served 2 slices of bread, one fried egg, one slice of bacon, and some papaya. I understand that it was not long after the earthquake, but it was still disappointing for the price. The window did not open. Although there was a good fan in the room, there was no fresh air coming through the room, which made it hot and stuffy. The pool was as in the picture . However, it was empty for maintenance (which was disappointing as it was why I chose this place in the first place)

Photos looked great, but the place needs maintenance alot of it. Very few people staying there. Linen was clean and lovely towels. No aircon.

No soap, one sample tube of shampoo, no pool towel. Taps need repairing, and electrical sockets had sparks when plugging in cord. All dodgy. Fan controls all in Chinese. Fire extinguishers all in Chinese. Would suit Chinese clients.

Great swimming pool.

The room was very small and few facilities. The bathroom was also rather unconventional. You walked straight into the shower and then the toilet and sink were at the other end. This meant the floor was constantly wet.
