This hotel is a real gem. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities one would expect from a more expensive hotel. It was quiet and there was no cigarette stink in the room or hallways. Housekeeping cleaned my room every day and replaced towels and water bottles. The receptionist was friendly and very helpfull by putting me on the ground floor so i would not have to climb the stairs with my heavy luggage. I was not expecting the level of quality i encountered.

There was nothing i didnt like. I extended my stay.

Very good value for money. Our room was incredibly spacious, had a well equipped bathroom and comfy beds. We had a problem with our window when we moved into the room and the staff fixed it straight away, no problem was too much trouble, they were always happy to help. Check in and check out were easy. It is about a 10 minute walk to the night market from the hotel, so not too far away. There are restaurants and shops nearby the hotel too

No negatives during our stay

Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious lobby, and stairs. Very helpful staff from the reception to the housekeeping. The reception Mr Raddy and Ms. Ngan was very helpful. Mr Raddy took our luggage to the second floor, and it was heavy. It was a great help for us. Coffee shop is on the ground floor and many restaurants and mart is just beside the hotel. Value for money

Roadside rooms are noisy and you can not open the window. No lift, only staris. No breakfast option is available in this hotel. So dont look for this one.

Spacious room although needs to be reconfigured. Requested dbl bed and quiet room. Large bathroom. Location good. Wifi great.

Bed consisted of x2 singles pushed together. Very dark room, window opens onto undercover parking/waste area. Shower position is right on the doorway. Kettle boiled on bed as only one socket for fridge/kettle

Great location in the city center at a close distance from the main city attractions as well as diverse options for restaurants and grocery stores. The room was very comfortable with all the required facilities and the bathroom was spacious. Although sometimes it was difficult for the staff to communicate in English, they were friendly and always tried to help. The wifi connection was good and stable.

Great place for stay. Our room had windows to back yard and because of that there was no noise in room. There is hot water in room, which is important in winter months. Location is great - just 10-15 min walk to night market or to central lake, many places to eat around.

It would be nice to have AC in rooms

Do not do your washing here, it was extremely overpriced and the worse I’ve seen on all my travels. A top came back with some weird stain on it and the cloths were all creased in the bag

Great location walking distance to the restaurants and local night market. Only downside is shower wets the toilet. To close and no partition but for what you pay it was well worth it.

After changing 2 other hotel in Da Lat, this was my third one, didn't disappointed. Room is very bright large and clean. Location is great 10 minutes walk from night market and tourist area.

Lots road noise at night if you get road facing room. They credit card machine didn't work but not a big deal.
