Amazing panoramic view of the city from the common veranda. My room was a bit small and claustrophobic, but there is plenty of shelves and table surfaces to deposit your stuff. The subtle nightlights over the beds are nice when you want to let your roommate sleep but need to see around. The front desk can organize a motorbike rental and suggest tours for you.

If you stay during the week, you will be woken up by a cacophony of overexcited children starting their schoolday by screaming at the top of their lungs, and I’m not exaggerating. We’re lucky the majority of our stay was over a long holiday weekend. The room is not soundproofed at all, 0, nada; so if it’s not the pitchy children waking you up at 7AM, it’s going to be the other hotel guests (I know my people, the majority of Vietnamese are not quiet or soft-spoken when speaking in public spaces)

The price is exceptionally affordable, particularly considering our check-in time, which occurred after sunset. The panoramic view from the hilltop is truly magnificent. The interior design is characterized by a tasteful simplicity and elegant embellishments. In addition, towels and bathrobes are provided for the convenience of every guest. Furthermore, a hair dryer is available for use.

The cleanliness of the beds falls short of expectations. Furthermore, the absence of window nets poses a challenge during the night, as it leads to slight respiratory discomfort, necessitating the opening of the balcony window. Moreover, the furniture exhibits signs of age and wear, with some pieces displaying noticeable damage.

The place is located around 2-3 km from city center. It was very good looking, however the room is quite smaller but is doable. It was a good stay, you may opt for it however must not expect much in aspect of room. Beds were comfortable. They have 24/7 running hot water, also AC is not required, the place is cold throughout the day and night. The staff is very helpful, we had a bus from da lat to Hoi An, they even booked a cab for us and paid for it by themselves and ensured we reach the bus station in time, this drop was not included in our stay, it was an upfront gesture. We enjoyed our stay. kudos the sweet and helpful Staff!

I wish the room to be a bit spacious as it was difficult for us to move with our big luggage

The service staff is very good. The view of the hotel is beautiful. There are complete facilities.

Wish the floor was cleaner because in various corners there is still some dust.

We booked the family room, however it is one room with a small partition, which was not suitable for us. The staff were happy to change us into two rooms on the same floor which was much better for us. Staff were very helpful during our stay, booking transport for us.

Walking into town center is doable but a fair way, we only did it once and used Grab after that. School across the road, if you have a room on that side it can be noisy in the morning.

The staff member who booked the driver for us was truly amazing and very cooperative. I genuinely thank her. The reception and farewell were wonderful, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms and shower were also excellent.

The location is somewhat far from the city center and the lake, around 15-20 minutes walking.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

Didn’t really have a “city view” the bedroom window was just looking at the school next to us. The bathroom windows actually facing the view were frosted glass so could not see that way. We just went and sat on the terrace a lot of the time which has a very nice view day and night.

All the comforts you can expect from a 3 star hotel, at an affordable price Close enough to do everything on foot in Da Lat.

Additional services can be easily pushed on you, like a paying minibar or about anything other than just sleeping in your bed

I loved loved loved the service at the hotel! The room and amenities were okay, but the service of the staff was absolutely exceptional! I met with an accident unfortunately in Dalat and the general manager and rest of the hotel staff took such great care of me! They provided me with ice, food and even medical stuff free of charge! I was travelling alone, so I was so grateful for all the help. I recommend this hotel 100 times!

The room was a bit cold and I think it was central AC so I didn't have any control of the temperature in my room.

Very helpful from the beginning, storing our luggage as we arrived very early and assisting with an early check-in. The price is very affordable, and the room and facilities are excellent. The location is not far from the city center and is in a very quiet area. The staff's service was very attentive.
