The hotel is really beautiful and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. Breakfast is very tasty and the staff are friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like is that instead of providing you with a welcoming guide or information sheet, they just provide a very stern message stating they’ll charge you for soiled linen and outlining the charges. It made us very nervous to use the linen whilst we were there and was just a bit odd.

Pretty, comfortable hotel room with very pretty garden and nice hosts. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast could be improved, the soups are sweet and it was challenging to get fresh milk for coffee (not sweet). A plain yogurt and fruit option would be great. There is a paper in the room that warns you’ll be charge for any stains on sheets/towels because they don’t use bleach. This kind of stressed us out (we have a small child) and didn’t feel very welcoming. Also we booked a room w a daybed but had to request sheets for it after we checked in. The location wasn’t our favorite. It’s down a smal road but you had to walk on a very busy loud road to get most places. We ended up taking taxis. There are some cute coffee shops and restaurants across the main road about a 10 min walk with great views. But overall it was a lovely, stylish, and very comfortable stay.

love the garden at the villa, very beautiful, and the lobby or common area also setup beautifully and instagrammable , lovely staff phu and vie ( i’m sorry i’m not sure how to spell their name ) is very helpful, they help us to boos bus and transfer from the hotel to ho chi minh, and they also provide us vegetarian breakfast as we are a muslim 🤍, definitely will choose to stay here again if i got chance to come back here

the slope , but its not a problem at all as when we book grab, all the car / motor can pickup at front of the villa without any problem

Really good value for money and gorgeous villa in the center of Da Lat. The hosts, facilities and especially the decor were all lovely. Breakfast was superb!

The walls are quite thin so if someone makes noise in the hallways or on the first floor, everyone upstairs will hear it. Plus the water heating system in our room was odd -- the water temperature keeps fluctuating, couldn't get it to stabilize.

The villa itself and the surrounding garden is beautiful. Very peaceful. We loved sitting and working in the common space and garden! The room was nice and super clean and fresh. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the smell of citrus when you enter the room. The staff was friendly, but not all spoke English. We met one very lovely girl on our last day, who was amazing and gave us a lot of tips for traveling. I wish more staff was like that :D The overall standard here was really great, I wish they worked a bit more on services and staff training. The location was nice because it was a bit removed from the main area so it was much quieter and felt more pristine.

The breakfast had no vegan options, even with vegetarian options for my partner we struggled a bit. Usually, in Vietnam, I can always at least get rice with vegetables or soup, but here they were very inflexible. The breakfast was a bit inconsistent, a lot of times we were not offered options for the next day, we saw other people having Vietnamese bread or fruit juice, but somehow we could not get to it. Not sure if it was a language barrier or if they were confused because we didn't eat meat. It was great that they offered laundry service, but all of our clothes came back shrunk, so my partner can't wear half of the T-shirts anymore. They also came just thrown in the bag, not folded nicely, so everything had wrinkles. Maybe the property should think about finding a different provider.

the toilet smell bad even it looks clean. I guêss that was the gaz from drainage system. I had to always put the toilet cover down when I went out. the bathroom has a window and ventilator which are useful for this issue.

The room is very nice. Clean and comfy. The host was very hospitable. The garden is very big and lovely. I really liked the vintage style of the house.

Breakfast portion was small. But I guess it's not a totally bad thing. It means you can enjoy more local food outside.

This stay was marvelous! The hotel was amazing in every possible way: room was nice, clean, well-decorated and spacious. It's definitely new and super cozy. The whole villa itself is stylish and new with beautiful garden in the front and lots of sitting area. On top of that they offer a free tea "o'clock" from 2 to 4 pm on the weekends, how thoughtful is that? It was my 4th visit in Dalat and it rained a lot, so it was so nice to sit on the porch and enjoy a hot cup of tea and listen to the rain. Breakfast was simple (you choose your meal and beverage in advance) and delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I have to mention that the music choice at the reception is impeccable, it goes perfectly with the tone of the villa!

The was a small bike mishap, I confirmed in advance about the rental price which I was told was gonna be 150.000 vnd per day but then on the 2d day of our stay the hotel informed me because it was holiday time, the owner raised the price to 200.000 vnd. Technically not a hotel's fault, but didn't feel very nice. And the other 2 things aren't a problem but I wanted to mention that you can't see any mountains from the hotel as it is located in a valley and because of that you need a new powerful scooter coz going up that hill might be a problem with 2 heavy foreigners on top, smth to keep in mind.

Really nice place for short or longer stays with friends or family. The villa is located in a quiet place, which is suitable for staying with children. The people from the reception desk are very kind and helpful. Looking forward to visit this place again.

the property is stunning, cozy and quiet. The property is very well taken care of and beautiful. the rooms are very nice as well as garden. would definitely reccommend to friends and family.

my only suggestion is they need to do more with breakfast. Packet noodles is not up to standard with the property or price.
