A lovely clean hotel with helpful staff. It was in a good location for our needs. There are some very good local restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant doing excellent spring rolls is out of the hotel turn right at the top of the street and a short walk and it is on the opposite side of the road after around 200m.

The breakfast for western people is dismal. No tea only coffee. No juice and the options are eggs and bread with some fruit. Do not let this put you off staying here.

Exceptionally clean and extremely helpful manager and staff. We hired a scooter through the hotel which was very handy, and booked our travel to Ho Chi Minh through the hotel manager, which was a great journey and very well organised. Thank you for the great stay!

Only part that could be improved is the acoustics - the noise from other rooms and the hallway is very loud in the room. Some carpet and/or soft wall linings/acoustic doors would be of great benefit.

Excellent location about ten minutes from the central lake. Spacious and pleasant room with very good bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was perfectly alright even though we were in the very quiet part of the year. ( slightly confusing on Booking.com regarding breakfast included search very easily allowing a non-inclusive booking but easily remedied by paying for breakfasts at checkin time).

No problems at all. Be aware that a standard room does not have a window, but there would only have been a view of a side street anyway. If you want a window, book a superior room.

Great location (walking distance from city center / lake / night markets, but located in a quite alley, far from the noise). The room was clean. Overall, the hotel is very new and well maintained. Would definitely recommend it.

The security locker was blocked, so we could not use it. Drinks for breakfast should be improved, as well as sweet options: we asked for hot milk, but it was not available. No hot tea. Only cold drinks and hot coffee available.

On a street brimming with similar looking hotels, Royal Palace stands above the others. The property looks new (or very well renovated), clean and safe. The beds are large, warm and very comfortable. The shower is spacious with good pressure. The room is also spacious and warm. The breakfast, while quite limited, was tasty. And one can walk to the city centre through DaLat Palace which is a nice walk.

The fridge emits a very bright blue light that we had to try to block in order to sleep at night. Perhaps there is an easy way to turn off the light, but we couldn't figure it out. The lobby furniture is rather garish but in keeping with the theme.

Great property amenities and location with a spacious foyer & large buffet/ dining area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and of high standard, including a good sized bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included, including toast, fruits, cereal and freshly made omelette. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Room is beautiful and location not too far to the night market. I like the cleanliness and the bed is very comfortable.

Will be nice if there is aircond as sleeping with thick comforter will make body feel very warm, and it's cold if we don't cover ourselves with blanket. Also there is a tower fan, but the fan noise is loud.

weak wifi signal, poor breakfast - choices were (we stayed for 4nights): soup, “egg station”, yogurt,toasts and buns,some fruit. However one day lady at egg station prepared some pancakes for our kids after we asked for it😊😊

everything looks very clean except for the first day the floor smells fishy. And the room is spacious, view is good, location is good.

there is only 1 key so it’s a a bit inconvenient. the bed is a bit hard but it doesn’t bother me.
