We had a family room at K House which was light and spacious. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the buffet was surprisingly good for a small hotel, and comparable to a breakfast we had at a 5 start hotel. The location was good, within easy walking distance to the shops and beach. The staff were as ever helpful and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the plants and greenery around the pool and as you enter the property. It seems the hotel is fairly recently opened, some of the wall boards in our room still had construction numbers on and the soft furnishings were sparse, for example, no pictures and basic couch with no cushions and the kitchen cupboards were nailed shut with no kitchenware, but we were quite happy with the space and the location.

We stayed here for one month. It has a perfect location for the family. 5 minutes walk to the not crowded part of the beach. We have a 10 minute walk to international restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning every day with free water delivery. We really enjoyed our stay with a beautiful pool and breakfasts.

Apartment was one of the best apartments we have stayed in Vietnam. And we have moved around a few times all over. The plants and ferns as you enter give such a great vibe to the place and then we were greeted by by Savanna Trang who was very lovely and had a constant smile on her face, her english was great, she went out of her way to help us with everything for the 3 nights we stayed there. Apartment was cosy but spacious, very modern, AC worked very well, we had a garden view to look at. All amenities were fantastic. We even got some free drinks on check in and check out

Only small downsides were the construction workers outside that were constantly working and were quite noisy. Also the breakfast could of been a little more variety. But still was good!

Summary: The whole relax vibe. I think this is what travelling should feel like. Arrival: We arrive in Da Nang with a looming typhoon coming. Everyone’s preparing for torrential rain and heavy wind, but hotel definitely made the stay calm and welcoming, with coffee and gorgeous interior, we didn’t really mind spending our time indoors. Staff: Despite some language barriers, all the staff were very friendly and all smiling and willing to help. This felt like home away from home. Room: Room was spotless and pretty. We stayed in the fifth floot with balcony and en suite toilet and bath. It was comfortable and relaxing. There’s a view of the sea but the constrution in front kinda ruins the view, so if this is important for you, then worth taking note. For us, it wasn’t really an issue. Others: There’s more good things to mention, but overall, it was such a great stay.

Nothing important.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights and had an awesome stay. The location is great, very close to the beach and near lots of restaurants and cafés. The room was spacious and with a nice big balcony. Breakfast was great, often with lots of local treats to try. Above all we have to commend the staff, and especially Jasmine and Savannah. They are so friendly, genuine and helpful. They really made our stay feel special and also gave us heaps of great tips and help.

+ Location. Very easy to get anywhere around Da Nang. 3min walk to the beach, 5min drive to the Dragon Bridge, 20min ride to the Marble Mountains, 15min to the Chua Linh Ung temple, 30min ride to Ba Na Hills. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. + Staff was very kind. + Beautiful garden in the front of the hotel and cute pool area (although a bit small). + Large room. + Quiet and functional AC. + Decent WiFi. + Small corner kitchen. + Balcony with sea view.

- Soundproofing. The windows and the balcony had very bad isolation. During the day and in the evenings and early mornings it was very noisy from the motorbikes on the main street and the karaoke bars around. At night it was a bit quieter. - The breakfast. It covers all the basics, but it wasn't anything special. You have to ask for coffee and eggs, for self-service you only had some pastries, some local snacks, fruits, and juices. The breakfast area is also very small so it gets easily crowded and/or hard to find a table. - Our room walls was covered in mold and the AC was leaking during the first day (see pictures) - We had TV in the room but no TV channels, luckily you could use YouTube at least.

It’s a lovely little hotel one street back from the beach, where the water is so warm, just like a bath! The room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. Breakfast was served in the little dining room overlooking the small pool, and served a variety of hot and Cold dishes with juice and all the ingredients to make your own sua da coffee… yum! Eggs cooked to order, but be aware that the omelette might be a little underdone by western standards, but with the addition of salt and pepper were tasty and filling. Lovely staff, special mention of the lady on duty at breakfast time who always made sure I had my coffee.

It’s not the property, it’s great! Construction is going on just across the street at the moment so it could be a little noisy during the day.

The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety to start the day. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the beach and restaurants, making it very convenient. Additional amenities like the spa and bike rentals were a nice bonus. Overall, a great stay!

The sea view room was disappointing as a large construction site blocked the view and made it very noisy. I would recommend opting for the pool view rooms instead, which seem to be a better choice for a quieter and more pleasant stay.

The hotel was amazing. The stuff was stunning. Most contact we had with Savanna. She was amazing. She called us food, Taxis and answered all questions we had. I loved her smile. Breakfast was small but all fresh and yummy. The cold coffee with made with lots love and really yummy. Rooms are perfect for us as we are a big family. You can easily go around with out taxi. Beach also 1min walking distance. Can’t say anything which wasnt great. The price was also amazing.

Lovely big family room, had a small kitchen area. Bathroom was lovely, lots of space and had everything you wanted. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was good, eggs made to order. Pool looked lovely but too cold for us in December. Good location, right near the beach. A short walk into the town. We got a taxi to the dragon bridge but walked back after. There's a few restaurants around but was easier to find more closer to the river.

We enjoyed our time here, not much to not like.
