We like absolutely everything about this hotel. I have total respect for the Buddhist station and the incense burning in the morning but the smell is rather strong in the afternoon. People who are asthmatic or partially asthmatic have a hard time breathing around the prayer stations. Most businesses have never thought about this until they have a team member who's asthmatic. I think you should consider moving it to a place with better ventilation.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The whole property was great - but we chose it specifically for the pools and comfy sun beds. And the beach. None of these things disappointed. Especially the main pool. The hotel is large so you don’t get the familiarity with staff that some smaller Vietnam hotels sliver. But the man on the right side of reception desk was fabulous - very kind. And a lovely young woman (Nha?) brought our coffee as soon as she saw us each morning. So nice! There are lots of eateries and convenience stores within a block - but our favourite was Emos which had the advantage of being across the road out the back (go through the basement garage and turn right) - with temperatures in the mid 30s it was great to have a place so handy.

Nothing to dislike

this is my second time coming back - I ended up staying here a total of 3 times because my partner liked it after the first time. There was a countdown party hosted this round and we ended up participating. it was fun, live music, buffet, some lucky draw and emcee. We ended up upgrading the room at the hotel because we wanted a tub. originally wanted a junior suite but hotel mentioned the only rooms left of that type were on the second floor and didn't want the countdown party to disturb us. ended up negotiating for the exe suite on a higher floor instead. was a good experience. The previous time we stayed, the windows were a little dirty spoiling the beach views, but this room had really clear windows and great views of the beach. 10/10.

Hotel location was great, at the beach. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great, food was very nice and lots of variety to Choose from. View from the infinity pool was also good. The rooms were clean, furniture still in good condition. Very beautiful hotel. I highly recommend it.

Every time I took a shower the water would leak to the toilet floor. I did report it but the guy who came to check the room just wiped the floor and didn't switch on the tap to see what was really causing the problem. That was very uncomfortable as I had to pick spots of where to stand after taking a shower as the floor was wet. Shower leak was the only problem other than that everything else was great

Loved the pools, the WIFI was excellent, the breakfast was a great mix of Asian and western. Ordered room service 3 times and it was fabulous and pricewise better than I would get in Australia. Had my laundry done. Ordinarily I wouldn't do this as it's too expensive, but Vietnam is cheap to eat, live and do laundry and the quality of all three was evident at this hotel.

I tried to book a tour to Bana Hills through the hotel but they wanted to send me to the train station or bus station to make my own way there. I went online and booked it and the tour company took care of the rest.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The location is perfect: directly across the street from a nice swimming beach and a short walk to find restaurants, shopping, massage, etc. The hotel is beautiful and deserves its 5 star status; great gym, 2 pools, afternoon tea and a fabulous breakfast. Our room was very large, clean, cool and quiet The employees were always smiling, helpful and polite. There were two employees who really were very helpful and deserve special recognition. They are Ngoc who is a hostess in the dining room and Henry who is the front desk manager. We extended our stay several times and Henry was always very helpful and kind in looking out for our comfort. Ngoc is a very special person indeed. She realized early on that we are vegetarians and made sure that we had special vegetarian options available on the breakfast buffet and she introduced us to local vegetarian specialties. She is a kind, thoughtful, generous person and we will always remember her. She is truly an asset to DLG Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel in Danang.

My family really enjoyed the hotel. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms, and pretty good breakfast buffet made the stay very enjoyable. Both pools were clean and had attendants ready with towels to offer after getting out of the pool.

My whole family really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The only issue we had was a karaoke bar next door to the resort. The singing and music did eventually stop around 11pm. Although not the worst thing in the world, it would have been nice to have known beforehand. Some of the pool staff were smoking cigarettes, which was a bit off-putting.

Two pools , beach front location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Hugh breakfast selection with a lot of vegetarian options clearly marked.Spacious lobby area, very clean and well kept garden plants and surroundings. Our room had a seating area and bedroom with large bathroom with bath and separate shower area. The room was spacious and good views of the front beach area. All staff are approachable and friendly.Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Value for money

Could do with a few more sun beds especially on the poolside on 3rd floor.

we loved everything about this property. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The room is large with a very comfortable bed. We love the bathtub and seating area. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever had with so many options. This is a great hotel right across from the beach with amazing facilities and views.

they let people smoke in the hallways and there must be some smoking rooms so you do get some smells of cigarettes occasionally. But we did not get it in our room only in the common areas. I prefer if there was no smoking inside the hotel

The fact that a four bedroom family room has two separate individual rooms with a living room, a small kitchen area, and two full bathrooms. It's like an apartment style room, we loved it! The afternoon tea were available everyday and our kids were very happy with that as well.

Minor issue since I know this is quite an old hotel but seems like it has been reinnovated. The floors creaked a bit when we walked but not to an extend it effected our overall stay.
