I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Hoi An. It is slightly out of the main center but that's it's appeal. It's about a 5 to 10 minute walk along the river and you're in the town center. The staff are super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help with our needs to make the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. The pool was the best as it was actually refreshing due to being half under cover. We stayed in a river front room which I would strongly recommend, the balcony was perfect to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon beer and watch life on the river drift by, fishermen chasing the next meal and the light covered boats meandering up and down the river. Breakfast was the best! Grandma was amazing with made to order food and fresh made juice! I seriously cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Cheers, Scott & Nicole. Sydney, Australia.

Reception Staff were fantastic. Very helpful in making our stay enjoyable and made suggestions that made out stay so much more enjoyable. The property is extremely well maintained and cleanliness is of a high standard.

There is nothing that that I could fault with the property. We had one day of extremely wet weather during our stay but with umbrellas supplied in our rooms made walking in the rain almost enjoyable. If you don't like walking too far the property is a little further out than others but this is not really an issue as the walk was enjoyable along the rivers edge.

- service was amazing, Hang took great care of us and the whole team made is feel like we were the only guests they had, even when full. They went above and beyond, making arrangements and helping us source things. We had to check out a day early and guest satisfaction was put first in this as well. -there were a lot of breakfast options -view was amazing, we recommend going for the ocean view balcony -wifi was great -we used the free bikes for 2 days and rented a scooter for 2 days to explore further

I searched so much in Hoi An and this hotel-villa was the one that caught my eye like love from the first glance! :-) The room that we booked had a beautiful balcony facing the enchanting river! The room is very clean and bathroom is so nice! The staff is great and always ready to help you with anything! Pool is so clean and calming and you can enjoy your swimming during day or afternoon! The villa is a nice walk from the old Town or if you're tired you can easily order a grab or taxi to take you there. it's much better than the busy and noisy town since it's quiet and romantic! They even had a gift for us (a tasty cake!) because we had a celebration! We liked the room so much that we booked one more night there!

I loved the location along the very peaceful river. The room was wonderful! Very modern and clean. The bed and pillows made it feel like we were sleeping on a cloud and we had the best night’s sleep that we can remember. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Overall this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in as full time travelers. The breakfast is delicious as well!

The television has a box around it that doesn’t allow me to plug in my firestick into a usb port. Not a big deal for short term stays.

We would return to this hotel. It was located on the river with a quiet road/footpath along the river. We initially booked a large room but changed as the smaller rooms had the best views of the river. They were more than adequate with balconies with chairs and table and a lounge chair. Breakfast was a la carte, cooked from fresh, offering a good choice to suit most tastes. Good restaurants were close by and free bikes allowed quick access to the old town.

Beautifully presented rooms that were modern, comfortable clean and inviting. Lovely river views which was a bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and there are free bikes available that get you into the old town in under 10 minutes. It was nice to stay a little bit out of the old town with less noise and a more relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was very good and they’re happy to cook you whatever you would like even if it’s not on the menu.

A very pretty hotel with excellent decor, large rooms and a refreshing and clean pool. Excellent breakfast with omelette or Vietnamese options made in front of you. Also lots of fresh fruit, pastries etc. Staff are very, very helpful and speak English. Thank you Phou. They can book tours for you. Loved the cooking class at the water palms. The staff will carry your bags to your room. There is no elevator. The hotel is bit more than 1 km from the old town but is a lovely walk beside the river. At night there are many boats on the river with lanterns. There are many restaurants along the way which stay open late to catch the memories show leavers. Access bridge to show is close to the hotel. Hotel is not far from rice paddies you can walk/bike 5-10min down stream river and see them. They have bikes that looked in good condition though I did not use.

Very big and comfortable room with a view over the river. The hotel is extremely quiet located next to the river, slightly away from Hoi An and any major roads. Free bicycles are provided which means you can cycle along the river to reach Hoi An in 5 minutes. The hotel is also located near the An Bang and Cua Dai beaches which you can reach after a 4 to 5 kilometre bike ride. In fact, having spent 2 months travelling across South East Asia, this was by far the best hotel we stayed in.

There is nothing that I disliked.

We like the tranquil down river location from the busy town and the ease of borrowing bicycles to pop to the market. The bathrooms are the cleanest and nicest of our whole stay. The staff are friendly annd the desk staff speak good English and so helpful, calling ahead to our next hotel when translation support was needed. Han remembered us from our stay 5 years ago! We love the shady super clean pool too.

Nothing not to like! apart from some WiFi issues which the staff quickly sorted out.
