The place is located in a calm village/island just 15 minutes walk from the centre, but you can also use the free bicycles. Beaches are about 20 minutes drive with bicycles. Free breakfast with different options like banh mi and eggs, or pancakes. Tea or coffee also included. We loved our room since it’s very big and with a terrace. The bathroom also is very big. The swimming pool is also very nice and around the area you can find many shops and restaurant. Great value for the money. Highly recommended

The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was super comfy and the balcony was a great addition. The property also offers free bicycles, great wifi, a swimming pool and we also used the kitchen to cook a few meals. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was super friendly.

The only thing I would suggest is having 2 eggs for breakfast instead of one. The eggs are big and the quality is great but I wished we could’ve had 2.

Very clean and comfortable room with a fridge and a warm shower. More of a home stay, but the gentleman running it is very kind and the pool is small but great. The location is quiet and private.

Just a little bit far from the night market and old town area, the 30 min walk isn’t too bad but the weather was very hot when we stayed.

everything was great ! the room was very spacious and airy, the view was great, the balcony was large and comfortable with table and chairs, the shower was great and so was internet, the garden downstairs was lovely and the swimming pool, although I didn't use it , I think is a good size . the family was also lovely and made me feel at home . Hard to communicate as the man at the front desk did not speak any English and was not there all the time. The pool was not clean.

The room was so spacious and the owner was really friendly and helpful. It was further away from the Old Town of hoi an, which we appreciated as it was very calm and quiet.

Lovely villa with spacious comfortable rooms. Excellent Breakfast included. Out of town but easy to reach old town walking along river.

Big enough room with balcony and clean bathroom. Location is a bit far from old town, need cab to and fro. They provide bicycle though, so take them if you are comfortable.

Booked it just a day before check in, forgot to check the location thing, which is totally my bad. As for the hotel, nothing to dislike.

Soft bed, hot rain shower, good aircon, spacious and cleaned room, friendly hospitality services, cozy swimming pool… I can’t ask for more!
