Room was clean and spacious, pleasantly decorated. Beds very comfortable, decent pillows. Good and easily adjustable aircon. Pleasant and helpful staff. The airport transfer car was very comfortable. When there was a bit of miscommunication arranging the transport, they were very patient and gracious about it. Breakfast quite tasty but seemed to repeat. Coffee for purchase was good. Good location just outside the old town in a more residential area. Several cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and massages and nail salons in the area are cheaper than in the old town. 20min walk or 3-5min grab to the old town. Grab was very cheap and easy to get. Hotel had free bikes to borrow but we weren't comfortable cycling in Vietnam traffic.

The mini fridge is not very cold, it's a "cooler" apparently not a "fridge". They offered to store things in their bar fridge and refill our bottles with iced water if we asked. Gym is a bit small and windowless and dark but usable if not crowded. Our room wasn't ready despite us arriving well after checkin time via their own hotel-arranged transport, but we didn't have to wait long.

- The common areas of the hotel weren’t the same level of the rooms i.e. the restaurant wasn’t great: food was average, table and general cleanliness, although average compared to other Hoi An restaurants, wasn’t what you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. Also, the whole ground floor where the reception, the bar and the restaurant are smelled of stale food, like a canteen. - Reception staff, although helpful, were too pushy, always tried to sell you something.

Brand new Hotel which opened in December 23. The service was extraordinarily good! The personal was extremely friendly and forthcoming, always smiling and greeting us warmly. Especially Cici and Zoe made our stay memorable. The room was spacious, very nicely designed and had everything we needed! Housecleaning was extremely thorough. We felt very comfortable during our 5 night stay! The breakfast was very tasty, with a lot of local options but also enough western choices. An idea to make it even better would be a coffee machine for espresso and cappuccino. The location is really close to the old quarter but fortunately a bit calmer. The only a little negative thing were the bikes. Pay attention when choosing one as the brakes of a lot of them don’t work properly! And just for your information: there is construction work on the property next to the hotel which is quite loud. But these things didn’t make our stay any less perfect! It was rounded up by the transfer to the airport by Vinh, who is a safe and very nice driver!

The only a little negative thing were the bikes. Pay attention when choosing one as the brakes of a lot of them don’t work properly! And just for your information: there is construction work on the property next to the hotel which is quite loud.

Nice brand new property with excellent service all around. Comfortable beds. Wonderful food in the restaurant. The kitchen service was excellent. One of the attendants named Flower was delightful. Delicious breakfast with Asian and western options.

There was minor construction noise next door which the doors and windows did a very good job keeping out for the most part. Noise on the top floor (above us) could be heard through the floor as the property is brand new and still being finished. It would be ideal if the latter started a bit later in the morning in lieu of the guests comfort below but it really wasn’t a big problem. A little bit far from downtown but easy to reach with the free bikes they offer.

The hotel is nice and new. Excellent service! Breakfast was adequate but not hugely extensive. Free bikes were a great bonus. Location is around 15 minutes walk from old town and an easy bike ride. The pool bar wasn't open yet but the pool was lovely and quiet. I would recommend using Little Gem's transport from the airport and back as the airport taxis quote 350-400k one way anyway. Also you can pay for the transport on credit card at the hotel rather than cash to the taxi drivers.

There is only one bin in the room. Sometimes the shower drain took a long time to drain. Laundry was quite expensive (at least 30000 per clothing item), so we opted to do laundry across the bridge. The gym isn't very large.

We arrived early in the morning and the staff immediately found a room for us to check in to early and let us have breakfast, which was really nice. We really liked having bikes available for use to head into old town with. We appreciated the effort away from single use plastic products, with the glass (presumably reusable) bottles and paper wrapped vanity products. Our bath tub unfortunately leaked water throughout the room, and the staff saw that we were moved to a new room.

Unfortunately the previous guests in our new room had smoked in the room, and the staff did what they could to mask the scent with essential oils but this was no fault of the staff's.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice spa, large modern rooms, great overall atmosphere and a very good price!

Breakfast was not great, the hotel is quite far out which means you will have to take taxis everywhere, the gym was tiny and not well equipped at all, there is construction in the hotel next door so did not allow for a very relaxing atmosphere.

The staff were the best we encountered on our entire trip to Asia. Nothing was too much trouble, from sending Whatsapp recommendations for places to eat to opening the bar for a late drink, they went the extra mile. The hotel itself is right in the middle of the Old Quarter and therefore convenient to be picked up for tours to Halong Bay etc.

It was a shame that the rooftop pool was shut

Staff were wonderful- Zoe on reception, Mia the manager, Flower in the restaurant and Vinh, our driver, were fantastic. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Beautiful room with lovely bath

We had to download Netflix again every time we turned on the tv. A small problem that I’m sure will be fixed now. The road outside the hotel is a little bumpy for taxis to get down.

Well located. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. Lovely pool. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bedrooms. Enjoyed some treatments in the spa which were also excellent. Also courtesy bikes which made going into the old city easy and fun.

There is a hotel being built next door so it’s quite noisy from early morning but it didn’t effect the hotel from 4pm onwards.
