We loved our stay here. The property is in a great location, we stayed in the “superior room” (on the top floor) and it has a little balcony to look out from to the street. Tom, Zui (this may not be spelt right!) and all the other staff are super kind and helpful with offering advice on places to visit. They are excellent hosts. it has air conditioning, powerful fans and wifi, the beds are comfy and the small showers in rooms are perfect. this is not 5star luxury, but it’s fantastic for a hostel and very well priced. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Hanoi old quarter.

it’s loud at night in the street. But this is to be expected in Hanoi old quarter and no fault of the hostel or it’s staff. this was fine for us, but if you’re a light sleeper Hanoi old quarter may not be for you. Also - please put a chair on the balcony so the next guests in the room can enjoy a seat there!

hotel room was clean and came with all extra little amenities you could ask for. bed was really comfy and the balcony was perfect to watch all the life go by outside. a really central location to everything! Tom the receptionist was amazing, truly the most helpful person I’ve ever met he helped us arrange transfers and if we needed anything else during our stay was the first to help. The other two gentlemen at reception were also amazing and the kindest people we’ve met. would 100% stay again if coming back to Hanoi. thank you for a lovely stay :)

nothing everything was amazing

The location of the hotel is very good, all the nearby places are within 1 Km walking distance. We were there for 3 nights, had a very memorable experience. The hotel manager Mr. Tom helped us a lot. He provided us with maps and helped us plan our visit to all nearby places. He had suggested the best places to eat authentic food, good shopping streets. Our check-in time was 2pm, but since we had reached early he also made sure we got the room 2 hours before the scheduled time. Towards the end of stay, he also helped us with last moment currency exchange.

Very good location in the middle of old quarter. Clean and comfortable room. We stayed 6 nights and had a very pleasant stay. But most of all is the the staff (10/10!), very friendly and helpful, with a special thanks to Tom who helped us to find a way to get to the airport, us 4 and our 4 bikes !

The location was immaculate. The staff were very helpful, and no words exist to express my gratitude for letting me check in a few hours earlier after a long bus trip. I loved the bohemian sense of the rooms. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great service, the room was cozy and perfectly clean, the sheets smelt amazingly, freshly washed. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, a special thanks to him for organizing an amazing evening in Hanoi. The location is also great, lots of tourist places around.

Location and staff was amazing, really nice people, helpful and happy to chat and recommend places. If you want any tour book with them. We didn't do it the first day, and they had the sam stuff but $5-10 cheaper.

Fridge wasn't so good in the heat.

Great location, clean rooms, excellent value. Tom the manager was very helpful assisting us booking buses and local tips of the city. He also spoke really good English, which was helpful to us being our first stay in Vietnam. Would definitely recommend this hostel for a starting point.

WiFi kept dropping, which Tom was aware of, and fixed it straight away.

This property was excellent! The room was clean and the property was in an excellent location. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Tom who was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very Nice place right in the old Hanoï, very convenient and close to everything. Tom has been very helpful and friendly, giving us lots of welcomed recommandations. Will come back again for sure! Thank you very much
