The room was clean and spacious. The staff also went above & beyond, quickly helping us arrange transport to/from the airport & a day tour. They were also available to help with any local recommendations. The location was also excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere in the city center. And you’re literally right next to beer street, which makes having a fun night out super convenient & lively!

The shower seemed to only have hot water available. This wasn’t a big enough deal for us to even mention it to reception, but I’m sure if we had, they would’ve been quick to try to solve the problem. Also, if you have a room facing the street, there will be some noise. This wasn’t at all disruptive for us, but if you’re a really light sleeper, you may want to contact the hotel and request a room that doesn’t have a city view.

The location is very central within the old quarter. The staff is extremely accomodating and was always checking in with us if everything we needed is covered. There‘s free tea, coffee and some snacks in the lobby. We especially want to call out Josi who did a tremendous job to help us retrieve a lost item we left on the plane. She kept following up with the airline until they found it and organised a shuttle to pick it up.

It‘s worth noting that the street where the hotel is located is very lively at night. The staff was making sure we had a quiet room to the backside however, so we could sleep well.

If you want to be in the centre of the old town action this is the hotel. Perfect to step out the door and you are in the mayhem. Lots of shops, street vendors and short walk to lake. Staff were very friendly and helped with our needs. Small things like free tea and fruit/biscuits in the foyer was nice. Space is a premium in the old quarter therefore the hotel is small. We had a family of five squeezed into a 2 room apartment. Basic facilities and don't expect refined fittings and Perfect rooms. There a few pubs near by so expect noise in the evening, if you are light sleeper you will struggle especially on the weekends as the noise is very noticeable in the rooms

Little expensive for the quality but it is the location that you are paying for. Rooms a bit dated and need a fresh paint but functional. Noise of the pub venues can distrupt your sleep but this is out of hotels control. Don't bother getting breakfast there it is expensive and bland and you have so many choices around for a fraction of the cost

Josie, Noah and the staff were superb! Josie was extremely helpful and efficient in ensuring our stay is pleasant. She helped us booked a vehicle and planned out our places we wanted to go. Hassle free to engage any driver who does not speak English. Josie went all out to serve all hotel guests. Awesome service and team!

The tv did not work well as I had to log in my personal details and could only watch YouTube or Netflix movies. Could not watch the local tv channels or news. They have kindly replaced the kettle as it was stained.

Staff was proactive and friendly, especially Tim:) Location is very good, right in the center, next to cafes and eating spots, gift shops etc. I had everything I needed during my stay, including a nice bed and netflix:).

Noisy until 1am, my window was at the street. I think they have rooms where the noise is not too bad. For me it was ok, buy other light sleepers might be bothered. I could hear noise from the room next to me as well. Don’t expect luxury, it has a very nice design and all the amenities, it’s cosy and it’s good value for money for european standards.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly, very attentive with their service. Noah was amaaaazing, and all the other staff too. Noah checked in and made sure we were okay each night and if we needed anything to reach out. Facilities/rooms were nice and clean, a/c was strong and did the trick when you needed to cool down! Check in was a breeze, we received an upgrade to a room with a balcony which was a nice touch, appreciated that. Breakfast didn't come with our room booking and we're not breakfast type people so cannot comment on that. Heaps of cafe, shops and restaurants in walkable distance or easy enough to get a grab out front. This place is located in a busy area and at night quite loud so if you want peace and quiet this is probably not the place for you.. we didn't mind it as we're city girls so the hustle and bustle was normal for us. Would definitely recommend staying here based off the customer service alone!

One tiny thing that could be better was the bed, slightly too firm for my liking but other than that an awesome 3 night stay for us!

We stayed here for 4 nights and this was our 1st time to Hanoi! The location and staff were amazing! It was so easy together to get around and so many places to see, visit and eat! We are right in the Old Quarters so it’s super convenient! The hotel and room were clean - it has a boutique feel and super comfortable. Also, I really love that the hotel uses WhatsApp to contact the guest. This is super smart and super efficient! We booked a room with a view overlooking the Main Street so it was nice to wake up to a nice view and see everyone up and about and at night, it was nice to see the nightlife below us. The staff spoke great English so it was very easy to communicate and ask for directions/information. Special shout out to Josie, Tuan, Đức, Hoang, Noah, Hai & every other staff at the hotel for the very memorable and special stay! You all were amazing and thank you for everything you’ve done for us during our stay! We hope to come back soon again!!!

To us it’s not a problem but for light sleepers, since the hotel is in the Old Quarter, it will get a bit loud at night but usually stops past midnight. The rooms are sound proof but if you need, the hotel has earplugs for you. For us, it didn’t bother us and we got a good night sleep each night. So overall, the property was perfect and just right for us!

Location was right in the middle of the old quarter along beer street. Heaps of restaurants, shops and night markets in walking distance. We were a group of 9 so we booked two family connecting rooms. The rooms were facing away from beer street so we couldn't hear any street noise at night. Just a loud guest walking through the hallway. The rooms were standard but clean. . Josie was an absolute star! We were in contact via whatsapp the whole time and she made sure my check in was smooth. Upon request she sorted out my transport from the hotel and arranged a 1 night cruise at Ha Limg Bay and a day tour to Nin Binh with transport and a private tour guide. (Which was one of our favourite day tours) Noah and another person at reception also assisted our group from day to day and they were great!. Also there were always rice crackers to eat at the lobby. I'd definitely recommend this place for friends and family if you want a no fuss standard but clean accommodation, great location, price and FANTASTIC service.

The rain shower head was a bit funny spraying in different directions but nothing to be bothered about. I was confused why they fit a king bed and single bed in one room and the other connecting room of the same size had only a double bed. Just made the room with 3 beds a bit squishy.

Service from start to end was exceptional. Tim and Josie just took care of any needs we had whenever we asked and were able to anticipate any issues. These two also sorted out some travel itinerary problems from another separate company with smiles. These two were awesome. Had great well thought out recommendations, and were happy to recommend when asked. Staff were always checking to make sure everything was OK without being invasive. They were interested in us and remembered us as individuals, not just another customer.

The staff were superb, especially Josie and the team. They were very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake. They can also help/arrange for any excursions. The hotel location was perfect. It's 5 minutes walk to the night market, Ho Kiem Lake, the puppet show, tons of street food restaurants as soon as you step out, massage spas. We went to the one on the right of the hotel as you step out. If you need to change money, jeweller street is around the corner. We went to Thành Ngan, they gave a good exchange rate for dollars and UK pound. The hotel also has a lift which is great if you have big suitcases. Highly recommend staying here. But ask for a room with a balcony so you have a view of the street and not the next building.

The room is a little cramped for three people with two big suitcases, as we were a family of 2 adults and 1 teenager. But we made it work. It wasn't to much of an issue as we were out all day so just used the room for showering and sleeping. The only other small point is the shower when it's on the cold setting, the pressure is low, the highest pressure is when it's on warm/hot. Other than that everything was great.
