Perfect place to stay, these apartments have become our preferred stay in Hanoi! Staff were accommodating and always eager to help. The apartment itself was very spacious, modern, stylish and serviced everyday - leaving it spotless . The location was excellent, in walking distance of several restaurants, stores, a pharmacy and this awesome buffet we highly recommend you go to! Our rooms were spacious with a great view, TVs with Chromecast/Youtube, and cupboard space that accommodated our lengthy stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy for us to navigate when we stayed in one night and cooked a meal. Bathrooms were tidy with bidet toilets. - Ridiculously good value for money with tidy, spacious, modern rooms and a good restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast. Convenient location and easy to get around using Grab or walking locally (transport was not an issue, grab is like uber and was insanely cheap) - 10000/10 recommend staying here, best apartment we've stayed in so far !

We have nothing to fault. Everything about this apartment was awesome and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Hanoi. Special thanks to the staff for going out of their way to assist our group.

We stay here everytime we visit Hanoi and have always been happy with the room. The serviced apartment is spacious and comes with a washer/drier in unit. The staffs are above and beyond, very polite and helpful. Be careful if you book through Booking.com's "Partner offer" option. It books a small room in Nesta hotel instead of a serviced apartment. The staff was quick to help us with the room upgrade onsite.

Our room faces the courtyard and we can hear people playing pickleball from the courts nearby from 7am to 10-11pm everyday. Not terrible but good to be aware.

Unbeatable value. Less than $100US for up to 4 guests and breakfast? What a steal, even if the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Staff were very hardworking. Breakfast was decent and had a little bit of everything. Nothing significant to write home about. Beds very comfortable. The room is more of an apartment than a hotel room. Large bathroom with Japanese toilet. Highly recommended.

Two reasons why I didn’t give them a 10 is because they didn’t provide toiletries in the second room for some reason, and the rain shower in my room was not working. The handheld shower ended up making a mess in the bathroom because the high water pressure went through the shower curtain. Also I think the wifi signal was not so great from our room, particularly the living room.

Very spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Two restaurants on site (Nesta Restaurant and Kawa Japanese). Breakfast buffet was nice plus there was an option to get ramen bowl or omelette from the kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. Good WiFi. The hotel is a little set back from the main road which helps reduce the noise.

There isn’t much to walk to in the area. Not really many restaurants or shops nearby. sidewalks on the main road were being repaired so it wasn’t easy to walk to anywhere.

We loved this hotel - the facility is big and comfertable. It is located in an inner street which is very peaceful, but right outside there are restaurants, cafes and everything you might need. Breakfast is excellent with a large variety, there is an outside cafe and the restaurant operates for lunch and dinner, and in reseonable prices, which we used it a lot when the kids were to tired to go out. We will surely come back here if we visit Hanoi again.

The kitchen in the apartment could have been a little better equipped for indoor cooking (for whoever wishes to do so).

The rooms were spacious. Honestly, it felt like we were living in a cosy home. We were meant to go to a hotel in the old town but ended up cancelling our stay as it was poor and got here last minute. It was probably the best decision as it's only a 15 min drive away so all the tours can be done without any issues while staying in a quieter area. The staff were very helpful in letting us do a late check-out at an odd hour as my partner was unwell. The breakfast in the morning was well rounded as well.

. Our water cooler was giving out funny water. The maintenance then fixed it for us. I think this could have been checked from the get go. Similarly, the washlets were not plugged in so it was an odd surprise. There needs to be a little appliance booklet in the room otherwise you just have to do a bit of trial and error. Little very easily fixable things. Overall, it didn't bother us too much.

We found plastics and matchsticks under the table in living room. - not really near to Hanoi tourist spots (though you can take grab) - barely have good restaurants nearby - wasn’t able to found Nesta - The Grand Hao Nam in Grab, you might want to pin The Terra - Apartment Lobby

The building is well taken care of and offers all the essentials you need in the apartment. The staff are super friendly and work hard to make sure that you're comfortable. I got a free upgrade which was really kind. I liked that both toilets had a bathtub. The toilets are a little awkward in dimensions though. The bathtub was only big enough for a 175 cm person.

I think the apartments are better for long term stays. Check-in process was long, and you had to sign these acknowledgement papers that say you cannot sleep with Vietnamese partners if you're foreigner. The entrance was hard to find for my driver when I went for check-in. It was even harder to find for drivers who came to pick me up. It would be better to have signs that tell drivers where the hotel is. Despite the location and check-in rules, it was still a nice stay!!

We really enjoy the location and the staff, they are excellent. The room is large and has all the facilities you need for a longer stay.

It's tough. We had to move rooms due to constant cigarette smell BUT the staff got it done quuckly & well. Disappointing though that people are smoking in a non smoking hotel and the staff couldn't identify who or where.

The apartment rooms were clean, well serviced and spacious. The facilities available to us in the apartment room were superior. The hotel was close to most of the main attractions in Hanoi. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts offered a varied spread and great eating experience.

If is difficult to find any fault with our extended stay.
