1- The location is very good. Very close to the Bui vien walking street and all the famous places of ho chi min city. 2- The price is very reasonable. 3- The building have lift so it is easy to stay at whatever floor it is. 4- Room was very clean and have a LED which have netflix, youtube premium and amazon prime free of cost. 5- Bed was very comfortable. 6- Staff was very friendly. My chechout time was 12pm but my flight was at late at night so I requested the staff to let me checkout late and they allowed it for a very less price. 7- have hot shower facility.

The shower pressure is very low.So, it takes a lot of time to take a bath.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, offering easy access to popular attractions in Saigon. Despite its central location, it’s nestled in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful and quiet night’s sleep. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. While there is a short walk from the street to the hotel, it remains easily accessible by scooter. The manager’s hospitality truly exceeded all expectations, providing an exceptional level of service. Air conditioner worked very well and saved us from the Ho Chi Minh heat :)

It was probably the best place we stayed in on our 4 week trip in Vietnam. Clean, very quiet, spacious with good facilities in the room and big comfortable beds. The owner took our laundry to a good & cheap place in the alley . It's very close to the walking street but you're not in the hustle and bustle. And most of all, it was completely value for money.

The room was very clean (the cleanest I encountered in Vietnam) and the facilities were modern. The photos do not give justice to the room. Most hotel photos show filtered and not true pictures and this room looks much better than the photos.

I was happy with everything and the host who took in a last minute booking from me. The only thing is that the room does not have a window which I knew when I booked so was happy with that for 1 night. I am not sure I could stay for multiple nights.

Amazing lil place, right next to walking Street but doesn't get any of the crazy noise. The rooms are amazing. Quite modern, new with smart TV's and appliances. Place has elevator as well. Was supposed to stay 1 night , extended it for 3 nights. Great value for money

Not a big deal for me coz I was tired of all the socializing in Hanoi, but the place has no communal area to meet other people. The owner does not speak any English

Room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. Quite modern, new with smart TV and big fridge. Friendly host. The place had an elevator too. You’re close to everything but still hidden away down a quiet alley, so the outside noise is not a disturbance. Great value for money💰

Very comfortable bad, quite and clean place, nice staff! Location is interesting, but close to the center. it is possible to leave air condition on when you leave the room, so you can back in cool room after hot city:)

Bath is quite small, but good. Air condition is good, but air conditioning in front of one of the beds! Sleeping with it off is hot, but with it on there is a danger of catching a cold.

The room was excellent check in and the AC was on, smart TVs and a fridge that had a freezer. The guy that runs the day time was so nice and very helpful

The internet dropped a few times but that Vietnam not the property's fault

Very clean. Very comfortable. Staff didn’t speak english very well but still very nice and helpful. Water once a day. Fridge in the room.

The only negative was the door didn’t close without locking, but that really didn’t bother us at all.
