We had a fanstatic stay in HCMC with your hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel, great location. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor was great too. All the staff were friendly and polite, especially the front office. Highly recommended and I will definitely return!

The hotel is so beautifully designed, the decor and interior design is really creative and unique, from the lobby to room to the restaurant/bar. Looks exactly like the pictures. The room may not be very big but it was extremely cozy. It was clean and the facilities were top notch as well. Had everything you need. Loved that the tub and shower was a separate room on its own so it doesnt get the rest of the room/toilet wet. The coffee from the cafe was also sooo good, had one every day. Didnt try breakfast but had afternoon tea at the restaurant, and there was a violinist playing, the atmosphere was spectacular.

The pool area was abit small but not a big deal for us. Also housekeeping comes knocking around 10am everyday to clean the room, so if you want to sleep in till late, do take note. But you can always tell them to come back later.

everything was so perfect! all the staff where so attentive. In particular, Hannah, who went out of her way to ensure that our stay was amazing! we are discerning travellers and this place was really nice… really felt like your outside of the city… yet right in the middle of it!!

Location and breakfast is good.

We stayed 3 nights. There is no sound isolation so we woke up the first day with a kid screaming in the hall. The last night, the next door had a party in the room at 1 am. So, it’s very noisy and could not sleep here.

Making it memorable! 1) for brother's wedding - he was presented with a bottle of wine. He & wife were travelling with us. Also, was offered 2) a food & beverage voucher & 3) complimentary upgrade due to inconvenience caused on one night. Noting that we had very early morning departure to Hanoi airport - 4) we were given breakfast boxes & 5) complimentary airport shuttle when we check-out at 4am with 8 pcs of luggage as there were 5 of us. Special thanks & heartfelt appreciation to Ms Le Thanh Thu (Asst Guest Experience Manager) who attended to our feedback with priority & had done exceptionally well to address our needs during stay, making sure of our comfort & delighting us! :-)

Bathroom becomes wet due to leakage from bathtub. Noise from some maintenance work after midnight on one night affected rest & sleep.

The architecture of the building, the location - next door to the market, a few minutes walk from the opera hall and shopping area, the excellent customer service and the view from the restaurant /bar. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a lot of different options. The complimentary afternoon tea, even on the day that we checked out when we were waiting for a late flight, was a really nice touch. All of the staff that we met were fantastic from check in with Diễm, to Benjamin in the restaurant and check out with Tracy. They were all so friendly and helpful. I can’t remember her name, but I have to also thank the lovely lady at breakfast/the pool area - she’ll remember me from my love of orange juice ☺️!

Maybe it isn’t the norm in Vietnam, but it would be nice to purchase beverages after 10.30pm from the bar. Compared to other hotels that we stayed in, the price seemed a little more expensive for a smaller sized room.

Awesome design hotel, staff are extremely attentative. The room was a good size with lots of points for charging stuff. The shower was excellent and powerful and added a bonus of small bath with a jacuzzi option. Now, I have never mentioned a toilet in a review before, but it's from Japan, and did everything. A quirky thing for your holiday, which I found amusing. Excellent ambient lighting in the room if you want. The food was great with lots of range. The pool was small but afforded good views. Would definitely book this place again. You won't be disappointed with this place, I can assure you🇦🇺😀

It's a tiny thing, but the gym was limited. If you're like me and go to the gym, things like this stick out. Small range of free weights, but I'm nit picking tbh.

This stay was exceptional, we have visited many Hotels but this one was incredible and outstanding. We were here during our Honeymoon and got a free room upgrade. We were on 10th floor. - The staff was excellent and very kind - Minibar was complementary with water and soft drinks. - We received flowers and and a bottle of wine for our honeymoon to celebrate with warm regards from the staff - the hotel has an outstandingly good location, within 15 minutes by foot you can reach almost all famous attractions of HCMC - the room was quiet and very spacious with very modern interior equipment. The bed was very comfortable. - breakfast was great with good choices and a beautiful view - used the room service twice once for chopsticks and once for extra water to be brought to us. Both free of charge and took less than 2 minutes after calling the reception. That’s exceptionally fast. They saw the room number on the phone so just express the wish and they come to you. - they brought our postcards to the postbox because we didn’t have time before our departure - late checking (after midnight) was no problem at all I cannot comment because I did not use: - Pool - Skybar - In-house restaurant and bar - In-house spa The overall stay was outstanding we recommend everyone to book this Hotel if you have any doubt

I normally always find something but here everything was wonderful.

Property location is excellent, easy to get to all the main sites, including on foot (if you can stand the heat). Staff were exceptionally kind, warm and friendly and we always felt welcomed. Rooftop pool was fantastic for relaxing in. The Japanese hi-tech toilets were a welcome bonus!

Darker curtains for the room would make a huge difference, allowing total blackout. Particularly for those not used to living in cities, it can be quite hard to sleep with so much light coming into the rooms. The bed was very comfy as was the room, so this is the only real improvement I can think of.
