It would be difficult to beat the hotel's location in District 1, the Ban Than market is literally just around the corner. The hotel is brand new, so there were a few small teething problems, so for those expecting a spa break the spa is not yet open, but the upside was that everything was new and clean. The hotel staff could not do enough for us, they were very helpful. There is a small pool area, which is very well done althoug compact and a great terrace skybar. Just a word for those booking a half day Saigon excursion, then it would be cheaper to get the big red bus (at 200,000 dong) that goes to exactly the same sites as the tours. I would definately stay here again, and its definately great value for money

Great breakfast with a nice view. Stayed on 2 occasions on the same trip to Vietnam and the staff were very welcoming on both visits and keen to accommodate our requests about rooms. The rooftop bar gives a fantastic view over the city at night.

Gym was fairly basic but what you would expect for a hotel gym.

The best thing of my repeat stay here was the staff especially Lieu who went out o his way to make sure our stay was a memorable one as it was our anniversary. We received a lovely cake and a voucher for welcome drinks. There was also a rose petal and swans made from towels. House keeping was excellent as well as reception.The Spa was very relaxing and the huge give standards in all parts of the hotel was great except for one small incident during breakfast,

This is a small point but the kitchen staff as in the chefs should all be using gloves when preparing food. As I was sat in front of the glass over looking the kitchen, it was disconcerting to see a chef who who preparing the breakfast Pho picking his nose. I very much hope he washed his hands before preparing food, Other than that the breakfast spread was very tasty, but the food could be hotter in temperature.

A newly opened hotel in the best location in HCM. The staff were absolutely phenomenal and did everything they could to make our stay as perfect as possible special shout out to Tung in reception who welcomed us and to the bartender (sorry I didn't catch his name!) for his excellent cucumber welcome cocktail! The pool was beautiful, and not many people using it!

As it was only just opened, there was still quite a lot of work going on, one of the lifts wasn't operational which meant it took a bit of time to get back to your room from the pool or in and out hotel. Our room was a budget option but was quite small but great value for money!

Absolute perfect stay at La Siesta Saigon and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! The staff is super friendly, helpful and carrying. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need for your stay, short or long. Breakfast is delicious and with enough western and Asian options. The swimming pool is great for an “end of the day” cool down. La Spa is also incredible and worth it, a professional massage service at a fair price. We hope to come back once again to HCM and we would definitely choose La Siesta again :)

Nothing to complain, we just think that there’s not that many space at the swimming pool and at the breakfast room compared to the amount of guests they get. But, it seems to rotate well.

Delicious restaurant, elegant breakfast with tasty dishes and coffee, swimming pool with a city view and one of the best rooftop bars we've been to in HCMC (and we visited quite a lot of them :)) We had a pleasure to stay in La Siesta on Halloween and the hotel organized amazing party! Staff was outstanding; after couple of days we felt like friends, meanwhile everyone was still super professional and dedicated. Cosy, comfortable SPA. All services with a very good quality-price ratio. Perfect location, near to the city center, yet in the not too busy street.

We used a mini bar every day, and it happened sometimes that we didn't get a daily refill. Besides that all perfect.

Singlehandedly the best customer service I have seen from a hotel. Every single day they greet you with a smile and are always happy to help with any requests or questions. The staff go out of their way to walk you to the taxi to wave goodbye for each and every hotel guest upon check-out!🤯 They don’t even do that in Bali. The rooms and facilities are great, it will be exceptional once the top area is fully finished of course. I think Vietnamese people in general and particularly the hotel staff are so friendly, that some western visitors and mostly Indians (it’s always Indians) take advantage of the hospitality. I’ve witnessed multiple times of rude, demanding and outright entitled attitude coming from these folks that I hope the staff can address with signs? or diplomatic attitude. Cause I wouldn’t have the wouldn’t have the patience.

Nothing, the hotel doesn’t have a typical driveway but it is Ho Chi Minh City so can be forgiven with the lack of space.

From the moment we entered up to the end we felt important and the staff could not do anything more to help and assist us! I have never experienced anything like this. They put a birthday surprise cake in my room without my husband even organizing it. The last day when we checked out the allow you to use the swimming pool… the shower! Unbelievable staff and I need to mention them: Trang, Mai, Khue, Liemi, Dung, Thi and Linh who made sure we were hydrated and welcomed every day. They gave us a going away present and walked wit us to the car! Waved….what special ending to a great trip Vietnam!

Really good location, very attentive staff and an awesome breakfast. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed, it was also very well insulated from noise. There was a fantastic rooftop bar with lovely views. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Saigon.

One thing, and it is a very minor thing. Whilst on the rooftop bar the music being played was not exactly for all tastes. Gangster rap full of x-rated expletives is not what I want to be listening too whilst sipping my single malt. Please note that I am by no means a snob, and nothing offends me, but I am mindful that other people would have definitely been offended by the language and lyrics of the music. I am very confident that, upon reading this, the hotel management will review the music and select something more suitable and classy to tie in with everything else the hotel has to offer. I am also mindful that the language/lyrics being used may well be lost in translation.

Stayed for 3 days. The hotel is located in the city center, just steps away from the market, but far from the chaos of District 1. The hotel is new, with very clean rooms equipped with all necessary amenities. The spa service is of excellent quality, definitely a step above the services usually found around the city. The staff is extremely helpful. The view from the bar is very beautiful. The airport shuttle is very convenient and priced comparably to taxis. Highly recommended for those looking to stay comfortably in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

The only downside is the pool area: the loungers and tables are quite dirty and poorly attended. However, it’s worth noting that this area is rarely used by guests.
