The staff ensured that we were well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, due to the newly open hotel, we had a few problems with our rooms, which had us move rooms twice. Staff very accommodating and upgraded us on the second move

Great location, 5-10mins walk to everywhere in District 1: Ben thanh market, bui Vien & nguyen walking streets etc. I met Hanh in the lobby and requested to check the room first before booking, she was happy to accommodate my request with no questions. The staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful, gave some guidance of where to go and what to do in the area. Breakfast was good, had a small buffet and fixed menu with local and western choices, pho, omelette etc. The room was clean (hotel opened 1mth ago), full length windows overlooking the streets and let in lots of natural light, big bed which was a little firm for my sensitive back, but once I informed Hanh she asked housekeeping to add another duvet, which helped alot. All the amenities for bathroom were present and refreshed daily. Overall, good value for money topped off with amazing staff.

The shower tiles appeared stained/dirty which was an obvious contrast to the rest of the same tiled areas. Housekeeping was asked to wash the area but there was no change. Just to highlight, the shower wall is high and requires a big step in and out (there is a half step inside to help you down but none outside). Not ideal for anyone with physical limitations or elderly. I would recommend a bit more fruits variety at breakfast.

1) good location especially for Ben Thanh market and 4P’s as well as convenience stores and cafes. 2) nice rooftop pool 3) modern room 4) polite and helpful staff who can help you make appointments and bookings 5) I see complaints of noise/poor sound proofing, I found it to be minor and much better compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam

1) stains on towels 2) very small gym 3) only one elevator 4) bathroom layout/design is nice looking but also very impractical. The bathtub is aesthetic and modern but the shower head is out in the middle of the bathroom… by the toilet. When using shower in the open area right in the middle, the whole floor and toilet gets wet .. had to push the shower head all the way to the bathtub side but toilet will still get wet, then you have to wipe it down before you use it even if you put the lid down. Not a huge problem as we still enjoyed our stay, but whoever designed the bathroom .. why??

The staff are so helpful, breakfast has a la carte and buffet options, rooms are super modern, great location and walking distance to Ben thanh market and shopping at Saigon square. I also had the set menu lunch (duck and asparagus salad which was delicious!). Rooftop pool is enough to dip in and have a small swim (10x4m approx). Perfect for cooling off. The hotel is on the same street as la siesta and much more competitive in price. I couldn't believe what I got for the money we paid. They also provided a surprise birthday cake and note for my son.

The only thing I think could improve is more seating around the pool. Perhaps if the gym was moved to an empty building overlooking the pool the gym area could be converted to a deck/seating area?

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel in Dec. Once again Hanh checked me in, she remembered about my back issue from previous stay and asked housekeeping to put another duvet on my bed straight away. This is how high their service standard is. The staff were great as usual, they remember you, remember your needs, and try their best to help in all situations. The room was clean and spacious, had shower and tub. Clean fluffy towels. Room refreshed daily. Breakfast was much improved this time, more buffet variety along with the fixed menu. Everything was delicious. It gets busy but the staff are efficient. Good location, can walk to many places, and easy to get grab there.

Just to highlight, there were some ants crawling about the room, staff explained that they came from the plants on the balcony. They were harmless, no bites. The view was limited to the other hotels around, be mindful to use the privacy curtains as neighbours can see in each other's rooms.

The rooms were a five star experience and super modern. The bathroom had an amazing bathtub and shower. I appreciated the fruits like Dragon fruit on the coffee table. The room also came with a breakfast buffet with fresh juices. The room was also fully stocked with slippers and robes which were greatly appreciated. The location of this hotel is exceptional. It was near some of the best food I've had in my life. Pho Viet Nam and Pizza 4P's to name a few. The rooftop pool was also super relaxing and they even have a small gym for basic workouts.

They keep your passport at reception for the duration of the stay. Just something I wasn't used to.

The staff were super nice and friendly and helpful. The room has all facilities required. Nice pooltop with small gym. Great cocktails.

The room acoustics were poor in the room we stayed in so could hear guests in the next room talking so when they were shouting it was very loud combined with all the noise from the street. Room we were in had a separate sink from the main shower WC area. Also inexplicably the design is for a window into the bathroom which means at night when someone gets up to use the WC it wakes the person still sleeping.

What is there to like? It was a room with a shower and air. It's a ROOM. Manager and staff were excellent. My third or fourth time there. Fairly centralized.

I used to live there for 7 years...not close to the beach, so I left.

All the staff were wonderful, especially those working at reception. We were having trouble booking a Grab for the airport and the young man at the front door quickly organised some transport which was very much appreciated.

Great value for the price, perfect location being within walking distance of all local area. Staff are always ready to assist, eager and friendly as always. This is not my first visit to A&EM. I also enjoyed one night at the A&EM Art facility across the street. Very comfortable and excellent room.
