lovely stay. great location short walk to the old town. the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. the hotel is of a modern style, furnished new and luxurious. the hotel is lovely and clean. room cleaned daily. large room, comfy bed, good amenities.

There was lots of choices for breakfast, the room was big and very clean, perfect location being just 10 minute walk from the markets & the staff were always so friendly and helpful. Specifically, helping us find the best prices for trips and onward travel and advising us on prices to pay for other things while we’re in Hoi An. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean!

Recommended. Hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. Customer service (Duong and Hieu) was excellent and helped us organise a day trip to Bana Hills. Massage can be organised at your hotel room for a reasonable price. Around 10-15mins walk to the main Old Quarter area.

The room was very spacious and clean for solo travel. The staff were really friendly. I would come back here with my friends. You just have to walk a little bit to be in the ancient city.
I had issues with the wifi, somehow it has disturbed my work online.

Love the staff, Duong was awesome! She gave great recommendations for tailors and also food spots. I also forgot breakfast was included so that was also great. The kids enjoyed the pool after we would get back from excursions. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Theres aircon in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and we love Hoi An.
There's no elevator, so being on their top floor/3rd floor it means taking your luggage up the stairs. They do help and thats great but thats something to note if you have suitcases. Our group had 2 connecting rooms. Our room didn't have a shower, we just had a bath with a hose attached but luckily the connecting room had a proper shower so we all used that. Overall though, this place is great value for what you pay! So it's more something to note to help others with their booking than a complaint.

Amazing staff!! Right from when we checked in Dong sat us down and explained all of the activities we could book, as well helped us to book onward travel and activities whilst we stayed so we didn’t have to do anything! She also recommended us tailors to use which was really helpful! All of the staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly and the location is great, it’s just down the road from the old town! The rooms are lovely, clean and we only booked a room without a balcony but we were able to stay in one with a balcony which was really big and so nice! 100% recommend staying here as it’s great value for money and you also get a really nice breakfast included!😊

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady in charge, Miss Hieu (hope i get her name properly) who is so nice and wih good advice. The room is big and clean. No noise at all. The swimming pool is little but enough to relax after a day of walking and biking. 5 minutes walk from the old town (entrance near the Japanese bridge)
